Glutio, CONGRATS on meeting and exceeding goal!!!! Great job!
Blondie, drink lots of water today to get that sodium flushed out of your system!
Delphi, good idea! Light is how I would go too with the dark wood. Plus, there's more of a selection of colors if you go light. Have you decided the color?
Nello, congrats on being another 1.5 lbs down!! You can do 2.8 lbs more! Woohoo!
Wow, so many loses! Congrats to you all. I was really good this weekend, but sadly TOM is starting so of course the scale is being not so nice. But its okay because I know I did good, even if it doesn't tell me. I was able to get an awesome workout in that I am still sore from, and I did slightly binge one day, but I told myself I was allowed to and then sunday back on track. It is going to be another disgustingly hot day so I am going to do my mile walk to the post office now rather than later when it gets really hot. Plus I have to get back to wait for a tv. BF bought a 42'' plasma that will be delivered either today or tomorrow. He is excited, but I'm like whatever, its a tv haha. Anyway, in-laws are coming in this week so I need to fine detail clean the house.. not exciting, but necessary. If I only had half the energy you do Delphi! I cannot believe how much you get accomplished in a single day! You are the the energizer bunny. Well it is getting late so I am heading out before it gets hot. Oh, but Delphi, the room color thing, I've read that colors like red make your mind think more creatively so putting it in the bedroom isn't a good idea because your mind won't relax and go to sleep, but colors like blue and green promote relaxation so you get a better nights sleep. It may be a bunch of crap, but that is what they say .
OMG it looks like we saved all our awesomest news till the end of the month, so much good stuff going on!
Jacqui - Hope you're yard work went well minus the dehydration of course. You might want to duck tho, I think I see Sandye coming with her rolling pin! Thanks for the kind words too, you're too sweet.
Delphi - So you call it shooting the breeze do you? that's a new one I have never heard that one before I was thinking that a lighter colour too whould accent the furniture more but burgundy is the ultimate sexy, goddess lair kinda colour. Keep us posted, unless you've already painted and re-sodded the lawn of course.
Glutio - 11.5lbs! Holy Wow! And a big ol' whooooya from me Happy Happy! go show that WW scale's who's boss! That's some wicked inches too
Blondie - Oh I'm digging the tan, how fabulous. I'm not a good butt kicker unless it's my own but a lunch workout sounds like you got things under control.
Nellonello - Yeha, 1.5lbs! Well that 2.8 should be child's play after all the rest you've lost. I know I'm trying to figure out my goals aready for July too, there's just so many, it's hard to pick.
Crystal - Wonderful attitude! and congrats on the weekend success I knew you could do it!
It's just so fantastic to log on and see the inspiring success everyone's having, just made my day. Thanks Ladies!

Hey girls so glad to hear of all the losses. I had a great workout at lunch and ate fish and green beans. It was acually really good. I hope everyone has a great evening
I got my TBL workout and 30 day shred in the mail today, I decided to go with the regular workout with Bob and oh my gosh, what a workout! It is really cool because it has all these different workouts to choose from. I'm glad I did my walk in the morning because I don't think my legs would let me walk a mile after that!
I have passed my exercise goal for June by 45 min and there is still a whole week left to go!! I'm so excited.
Hope everyone is having a wonderful on plan day!
Delphi- You are a rockstar, I'm sure you will make it to goal! Changing up your workout might be what you need to make your body cooperate with dropping the weight.
CMo4- Hope you have a great time with your family and thanks for the support slash butt kicking in advance!
CA- Did you get to the beach, how did it go?
Tummy- Good for you getting out there despite the weather!
Alright ladies, the day has been a yucky one for me. First of all, I went to bed after eleven last night and you guys know I'm in bed by eight EVERY night. So, I truly believe this is why I've felt drained all day. I've still managed to do the interval exercise throughout the day, but the laps around my yard were the best. It was raining and I thought to myself, Tummy did it, I can to. So, I put some plastic wrap around my armband and did my laps in the rain. It wasn't a hard rain. I very subtle, feel good summer rain. It was delightful. At any rate, tomorrow is a new day and hopefully, I can get some hardcore minutes in. I'm shooting for a calorie burn of 800 exercise calories. You ladies wish me luck.
Gekster ~ Nah, chicky you are a rockstar for doing so well this weekend. You were in my thoughts over the weekend, wondering if you were gonna stay OP, I'm so thrilled and proud you did. Let me know how you like the 30 day shred, I've heard great things about it and might get it through netflix. Oh and thanks for the info on the colors, that was very helpful indeed. Oh man, I'd love to get a new TV like that. My games would look freakin' awesome on one. Perhaps one day. My energy, comes from sheer will I think at times. I'm so f'in determined to do this, this time, if I have to part the redsea, I'm gonna. Your energy will pick up as your body becomes accustomed to the workouts and your new way of eating. You will have boat loads of it before long.
Blondie ~ Ah shucks, thanks darling! way to go on getting a lunch workout in. That is probably a huge energy booster as well. Get you through the rest of the day and up your calorie burn as well.
Tummy ~ Yeah, I'm shooting for sexy ya know. Because I'm cool like that yo! I definitely want something relaxing but at the same time, I want something that screams, I'm too sexy for my shirt, too sexy for my shirt so sexy it hurts...hahahahaha! Seriously, though I'm gonna have to look at some samples and test some out. The color I have in my living room is spot on with the sexiness, so I need a "come hither" color for the bedroom that also will allow me rest peacefully.
glutio ~ Way to go on the inches. on the pounds to. You're doing amazing. Did you make it to the doctor?
Nello ~ That's wonderful chicky! You are doing amazing with your dedication. Keep it up.
Jacqui ~ Nope. I'm still undecided. I think when I get to the paint store and get to the samples, I'll see something that pops out at me. Or at least I hope so. Did you get rehydrated today? And eating? On time? Frequently? Every meal? Huh? did ya, did ya?
Urockmom, FSA, Supachix, Lene and all you other ladies I haven't been able to talk to you in a few days, I hope your all well and we miss ya. 's!
I survived this past weekend. It was really great (just too much packed into it 2 days.) I had lots of opportunity to eat unhealthy but I stayed on track. I did have a glass of wine but a glass of wine is okay on SB. I made a SB friendly dessert and that really helped me avoid the other tempting treats. I still need to workout yet tonight. I just wanted to pop-in and catch up on everyone, plus checking in really does keep me motivated.
I don't have any weight loss/gains to report >>> TOM came for a visit. I'm hoping for a loss come Friday.
Official WW weigh-in had me in at -5.4 lbs for the week and -9.6 since I started!! Woohoo!!
I tried to go to the gym today. Ok, I did more than try. I WENT to the gym today, got into the locker room, got my sports bra on and realized I didn't have any gym pants. I really did contemplate working out in my work pants, but since I was planning on doing the bike and my work pants are very wide-legged black pants which are almost too long for me anyway, I realized I had to let it be.
I had to tell the boss we might be moving today. I thought he was going out of town next week for just a week, but it turns out he'll be gone for 2 weeks. Then he'll be back for a week and a half and then gone for a week and a half. It seemed like now would be a better time than when I have to email him to ask off for a week when we have to move DH. Since there's a hiring freeze at work, he may be open to seeing if there's a way to keep me on from home. We'll have to see, though.
Delphi, yes, yes, yes! Rehydrated, ate every meal, and on time!
Gekster, congrats on surpassing your exercise goal!
Blondie, good job on eating such a healthy lunch!
T_Girl, yep, I know! Sandye is hardcore when it comes to water, lol! Usually I am too, but somehow yesterday got away from me!
LE ~ Yeah, my metabolism does really good up to an hour after I exercise. So my rationale this week, will be splitting those 60 minutes up. I'm thinking after my meals, I will get on the treadmill for 20 minutes each. Then tomorrow and opposite days, stick to strength training and core exercise and perhaps squeeze in a 20 minute walk after dinner. It sounds logical to me. Instead of burning 400 calories in one lick, I can burn those calories plus some by staying relatively active periodically throughout the day. Have a great day at work! Jacque ~ Thanks for the encouragement in the sister thread. You inspiring attitude never ceases to amaze me..you purple goddess you.
As for me, I've cleaned up the livingroom, cut out another piece of carpet for the livingroom, did my treadmill interval, touched up the paint in my living room and painted a piece of the wall in my bedroom just to see how that color would look in there. I have more of a dark pink/red color in my living room but was thinking a bright red or some shade of lime green for my bedroom. I'm experimenting. Staying busy! Did some crunches this morning and hope to keep stuffing intervals of exercise into my days.
Any suggestions on colors for bedrooms? I want to keep it dark, I think. Though no dark greens. If I went with green it would be a light shade. Anyways, I have this old antique bedroom suit, very pretty, very old and its a mahogany, so any suggestions would be appreciated. Then when my grandmother gets back from her vacation, I can go get me some paint and hopefully tackle my room this week as well. That should keep me busy one day.
Glad to help anyway I can!!!! My bedroom is tan, purple/plum and lime green. I love it!!! Can't wait for it to be completed...it's a work in progress. You seemed to have been really busy today...I love those days....when I get tons done!!! Today isn't one of them...

Looks like we are on the same schedule...and I too am hoping for a loss on Friday!!! Good luck!!!
Crystal - I'm going to try and pick up the 30 day shred at wally world this weekend too, it sounds challenging and that's what I'm all about. WTG on beating goal too, with a week to boot!
Delphi - You are my superstar hun! And the funniest thing was that while I was doing my second cardio workout today after supper and sweating something fierce on that elliptical, I thought to myself, dang it if Delphi can do it so can I! Thanks for the good idea and the challenge! "Come hither" I like that, I'm sure they probably have a paint color named that for crying out loud.
Lene - glad you're back, that must have been busy. WTG on staying on track over a very hectic weekend. I love that dessert idea too, I'm going to borrow that in the future.
Glutio - ok, wow for even considering working out in your dress pants. I love that you went through the process to figure out if you could do it. There's some awesome commitment!
Jacque - I cannot for the life of me picture tan, purple and lime green together, which is the wall color and trim?
I better be off to bed and I'll see everyone bright and early!

Nothing new here, as usual. TOM is basically gone, thank god. Less than a month till I get to see my family and friends again! I want to change my WI day. Thursdays aren't working for me anymore, I've noticed that I tend to binge on the weekends especially after payday when I have a little (and I mean a little) money. Which do yall think would be better: Saturday or Sunday weigh in?
