Sorry the pics are so big....I painted the pic above the couch and the green looks more fluorescent then I would have liked. The comforter also has a green that I am not thrilled with (plus the purple shows all the dog hair) so i will probably will be getting a new all lime green one in the future.

Good Morning ladies!

Holy smokes batman, I'm down another pound. Well ok, not a full pound but I'm a 206 now baby. That leaves two more pounds to goal. Exciting I tell ya! At any rate, you guys know the drill, I gotta get my workout in and all that good jazz and I'll be back later to do my personals. We had these horrible thunderstorms last night and a lot of people are without power. We lost power for a bit but it managed to stay on the rest of the night, I'm assuming because my alarm went off this morning. Anywho, you ladies have a grrrrrrrrreat day and I'll be back in a few.

Hey girls! Just a super quick hello this morning as I've got company

Congrats on the losses girls! Woo hoo, we are ending this month is a bang aren't we? Yeehaw!!

Up a tiny bit this morning, .2 lbs, but I'm worried about it--I was down to 162.6 after my workout so I'm sure it'll come right off.

My mom & sister are here and we're having fun! My mom is wanting to join me in my quest for healthier living and my little sister expressed a desire to learn how to make healthier foods last night (she's still a baby, just 17), so there'll be tons of will power and good choices flying around while they're here!

Okay girls, well, my mom just got up so I gotta go--you all have a fantastic day and be good! And of course, make sure to...

Drink Your Water!!

Okalie Dokalie!

Jacque ~ My what a big bed you have there. Where the **** do you hook the handcuffs?

Lekhika ~ Good Luck with dropping those three pounds.

Tummy ~ We are on the same wave length apparently. I can't wait to get my elliptical. I just know my knees will thank me. Do you recommend the one you have?

Lene ~ Hey you! Ah man, sorry to hear about TOM and right here at the end of the month to. I'll go all ninja on him, if you like? You take it easy ya here and try to relax with that badboy around.

NSM ~ Where are you chicky? 's!

Sandye ~ Good to hear from ya and that your mom and sis are eager to start a healthier lifestyle. That is awesome and apparently you aren't just motivating us with uber awesomeness. Have fun and take care.

Alright finished my workout, which was really different this morning and really good. But oh my gosh at some of those ab exercises this morning. I think I need to remind Maya, that I'm still 200+ pounds and some of that stuff I just can't do. Good heavens..but I got through it alright. Well you ladies have a great day and drink plenty of water. Oh and remember to wear those smiles.

Morning!

JasonsLea - I'm gonna vote for Sunday. And maybe that upcoming visit will serve as some good motivation too!

Jacque - Oh so that's what tan and purple and lime green look like. That looks really fantastic I have a lot to learn about decorating, I would never have put those colours together. I was thinking more purple walls, lime trim and tan accents (kinda like Prince's house) but I knew that couldn't be right. That's really dramatic too, definitely a come hither vibe like Delphi was going for too.

Lekhika - you're in good company with trying to drop that much by the end of the month, buckle down, work hard and you can do it chickie!

Delphi - "and another one bites the dust" (insert good singer here) Fanfrickintastic! Mine is great but it's also about 5 years old and they don't make it anymore. It's a Nordic Track brand one and I love it to bits. It's a gym style one but I didn't find the smaller ones stable enough to really wail on, and now with doing HIIT on it I think a smaller one might fall apart. Mine folds too which was uber helpful when we lived in a smaller place and I had to set it up and down each day.

Glutio - 1/2 pound, you too are weight loss ninja

CM04 - Glad you've got good food vibes around you, that helps. Have an awesome visit and thanks for checking in!

I too am down a half pound into the 201's! Only 1.5 till 199ish.

I've given dh my tonsil infection, I do so like to share But he's a big suck and it's not like I gave him the plague or something. Needless to say he's not going to be going to pilates today

Today's another delightfully routine day around here, playing and working out and eating. Going to spend some of the day preping for a 19 hour car ride with a toddler. Only 3 more sleeps, so excited to see everyone and my sil and her bf got a new puppy that my dd is thrilled to see (we call him the practice baby!) And for an extra kick in the pants our portable dvd player just bite the big one so I guess that's a trip to wally world on the way.

This will be the first time in maybe 4 years I actually get to go see dh's family and not be over 200lbs (cuz I won't be)! I call it the land of the little ppl, every single one of them is thin, I mean 18 grandkids (dh is one of them), 12 aunts and uncles, not a one has a weight "issue", even grandma, and grandpa, all 82 years old and in great shape. Granted they are all incredible (except one) but it will be nice to be a bit smaller this time. LOL that just made me think, good gene pool!

Have a great day ladies! That's enough of my

Tummy ~ Well have fun, I'm so happy that you will be in ONEDERLAND on your trip that is just freakin' awesome. Yeah, hopefully between my friend and I we will find a suitable one. I just wish it was like NOW. I mean, by Christmas I will be damn near my goal weight, so I wont be using it as much then as I am now. Sure would help my knees a bit. You are doing such an incredible job with sticking with this and staying so freakin' positive. Just fanfreakintastic I tell ya.

Susie ~ Hey thanks for checking in and that awesome about the two pounds. Keep moving forward dear.

Glutio ~ keep at it girly!

Shari, my vote is Saturdays. That might make you want to hold off eating off plan on Friday nights, and then if you have a good weigh-in, you won't want to ruin it Saturday night and if you have a so-so weigh-in, you'll not want to make it worse on Saturday night. Anyway, that would be my reasoning. I just don't think weighing on Sunday would do much for me. Others, of course, may have a different take on it. But good luck on whichever day you choose!

Joci, wow, you really do like purple! Your home is so modern, so completely opposite of mine! It reminds me of how my grandmother had antiques, my mom went modern, I have antiques, and my daughter wants to go modern! It's definitely a generational thing in my family!

Lekhika, I've added your goals to the list! Good luck! You can do it!!

Delphi, congrats on being another lb down!!! Oh my, chickie, look how far you've come!! Great job!!

CMof4, what great news that your healthy lifestyle is becoming an family affair! It's sounds like you gals are having a wonderful time! Have fun!

Glutio, congrats on the half lb down! I hope the doc has answers for you!

SuzyQ!! Good to see you! I'm sorry about your laptop! I hope you can find an affordable way to fix or replace it! Congrats on the 2 lbs down!!!

T_Girl, on the half lb down!! SOOOO close to ONEderland!! Woohoo!!! I am so happy that you are going to be below 200 lbs to see your DH's family! Good for you!!!! But oh, I must admit, I don't envy your 19-hour car trip with a toddler!! Wow!

I am rehydrated today, but unfortunately I am still holding water because it's getting close to TOM time, and I always hold water during the days prior. Hopefully, I'll drop more before the end of the month though!

So ... first weigh in of the week ... drum roll ... down a pound from the weekend!

On Friday I was sitting at 197lbs, now 196lbs! Yay!

However it seems that I am just going up and down a pound or 2, not actually losing any weight! What the heck!!!!

But I am going to try hard this week and see if I can drop below 196, keeping my fingers crossed!

Quick drive by to say "hi"

My clothes are getting looser and I'm beginning to see a difference.

* On A Quirky & Neurotic Note*

I broke down & bought a multiple vitamin and I plan to take it.

It's a big deal for me because I figure all pills and vitamins are poison.

I don't ever take any type of pill except for a very rare aspirin (when I'm dying from a headache or have a fever).

I noticed from charting my food that I'm not getting enough of certain B & D vitamins and minerals.
I'm going to make up the vitamin D with sunshine but the B's are another story.

You got to love the twisted logic of an obese person who doesn't smoke tobacco or weed; drink booze (not even beer anymore ) soda, tea or coffee, sleeps with a window open, drinks raw milk and eats hormone free meat & home grown veggies, all for the sake of "good health"....but manages to end up about 100 lbs overweight from hogging down their own cooking and thinks that's healthy.
Now would someone please help me off my soapbox and pass me the bottle of vitamins.
