I just completed 15 minutes of Jamie King's Rock Your Body video... gonna do more of the dancing in addition to some running up and down my steps and stretching.
Just finished up another 15 minute round of dancing... This time I did it without the DVD... just me, my ipod dock, and lots of crazy movement. I dont pick up choreography since I have 2 left feet.. but dancing on my own was lots of fun. I'm sweating like crazy!
Tamara, you were just the inspiration I needed to get my butt on the treadmill tonight! lol I sat down here to look at the forum with a small dish of sugar-free ice cream and settle down for the nite when I read your post about doing 15 minutes of a dance video. I REALLY didn't want to get on my treadmill tonight. REALLY DIDN'T! But I saw your post and thought ... what am I doing sitting here I just need to get up and just do it. So I finished up my ice cream and headed for the treadmill. Got in a good heart-pumpin' 30 minutes. Thanks for the inspiration!

Eny- Do you like the Walk Away The Pounds exercises? I tryed them a long time ago but I got bored real fast.
Tamara- I actually do that alot. I dont like to tell everyone,LOL. I get on my treadmill and listen to my mp3 player and a good song comes on and ill hop off and dance a while. It is fun! LOL
Yeah Go team Dracula! No workouts for me tonight a day off is ok and I had 4 days in a row. I just got back from a birthday party, so I'm just going to relax and have a great workout tomorrow. I did well food wise at the party, I stayed away from the Hamburgers, Hotdogs and Cake and just had a little bit of pasta salad and some vegtable pizza so not a bad day.
I just had to get back on to say I walked SEVEN miles.
Enygirl, what is Walk Away the Pounds DVD? I walked to a store I know is 3.3 miles away (bought some rose incense, which I'm burning now, mmmmm), then walked a bit beyond that because I saw that Bottle Shock is in the theater and I wanted to check the times. But I know the weather won't be good in a couple of months, and the treadmill is just so boring.

But today i spent 30 mintues on my cardio (on my indoor bike) and then i did five minutes of Abs workout.
I slacked a little today. i start my gym workout mon. So, i'll do better then.
