Quick question... As you can see in my sig, I'm giving up alcohol and soda until New Years Eve... If I decide to drink flavored water, flavored and plain seltzer water, and flavored sparkling water, am I not doing the challenge correctly?

I did 30 minutes walking around the house. It is sprinkling rain here so I didn't go outside. I didn't work up a sweat, but I got good and warm. I am going to try to get in 15 more minutes of walking, then my strength training. The hips are still achy, but not painful. Hopefully after the weather changes I will feel better. I will check in after I finish my workouts. Catch ya all later Pat

Heather~The pineapple upside down cake yogurt sounds very good. I will look for it when I go shopping. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks for clearing it up for me, Eny. This week, I've been doing daily weighins... but I will weighin only weekly beginning our first WI week.

Forgot to mention, I did 40 minutes of taebo bootcamp. I will walk tonight, and maybe even try the Rock Your Body dance DVD thats collecting dust since I have two left feet.

Unrelated to everything but I just wanted to point out my cat below in my signature! Enygirl kindly bestowed him on me and i think its the cutest thing ever! Thanks Enygirl!
Also, and this is more relevant, I did a total of 1 hours walking and earned 2 weightwatchers activity points today! I'm also going to start yoga again when college starts back, i cant afford to go when its not subsidised, so im very much looking forward to getting started again!

I've never done a challenge before, so I had no idea what a sticker was until just now and I felt too dumb to ask. I was just going to be like, "oh...sticker...awesome" and then figure out what to do with it on my own.

That's a really cute cat!

Tamara - i'm sorry I just ready this closely! I don't think that flavored water would count as a soda. seltzer water is a little more on the boarder line. Who are you in the challenge with? if it's just a personal one you're doing then you get to make the rules It definately doesn't have the carbs & sugar that regualr soda does...

Hope this helps...

I'm on track. I've walked every day and haven't eaten beyond the feeling of "enough." Sunday is weigh-in for me.

I'm pretty sure Fridays are going to be my weigh in. I've never done anything like this before I think that will work best.

I personally weigh in everyday because I'm obsessive. But for challenge weigh in days I match my weighins with the challenges. So this on will be Fridays.

I'm doing really good so far... although I gained #2.2 right after I started the thread, but it's gone now. I can't wait for everyone's weighins!!! It'll be AWESOME!

...just a head's up... you've now been divided into teams... I have somethings up my sleeve! MUAH HA HA HA!!!

I too weigh myself everyday. It helps to motivate me and keeps me accountable. I've been totally OP food-wise since beginning the challenge, but I know I have to work harder on exercising more. Joining the 50 Miles in September challenge should help that!

Hope everyone has a great day!

BTW, I can't wait to be allowed a signature so I can track my challenges!

rmc`Try the signature, you are over 25 posts. I think 25 is the number of posts. Go to user cp then click on edit signature. Should work for you.

I did an unofficial weigh in in my undies in front of a full length mirror. Yes, it was scary, VERY scary. The scale is stuck at 182 straight up even. Hopefully by Monday I can be 181 something. I want to see 170's so B A D!!!!!! I have to work smarter for it. Day one totally OP is done, I earned a sticker. Day 2 has begun. Catch ya all later Pat
