You know what needs to be done in order to reach your goals - WHAT'S STOPPING YOU??? Sure - if you eat less then you're burning then you WILL lose wight... the catch is the less you weigh, the less calories you need - so unless you're going to get into starvation mode (which is REALLY stupid) GET YOUR BUTT UP AND MOVE IT!!!even going for a really fast walk around your house for 10 minutes helps!!! (THIS WALK CANNOT INCLUDE STOPPING TO PICK UP THINGS THAT ARE OUT OF PLACE!!!)
flagirl - I hope you have a fenced in area to take those little ones outside!

That'd be GREAT exercise - play a version of tag with them... run around and get all of them. 10 minutes of that and I'm SURE you'll feel the cardio burn!
halfbaked - if you're weighin days is Friday - then your first weigh in is the 12th.

And I don't think of you as blonde... it just is a little confusing at first.

REMEMBER those that weighin on Saturday - TODAY IS THE DAY OF YOUR FIRST WEIGH IN!!!
Also - anyone that joins after today WILL NOT be able to participate in the Team challenges. I already have them set up - and It's too much to try to re-balance them all! I will add anyone new to the roster - and they can get weigh in stickers though.
