Count me in! (Better late than never!)

Here's my stats (I'll update my siggy) ...

Current Weight: 188
Halloween Goal: 177

That's 8 weeks to lose 11 pounds. Just over a pound a week. Here we go ...

Good morning everyone! Hope everyone is feeling good today. I love the start of a new school year and the routine it brings. I think it helps me to stay on track with eating and exercise. Forget New Year's resolutions on Jan. 1st; September 1st works better for me!

I went for my regular walk again yesterday. I was a bit apprehensive since hurting my hip the other night, but as soon as I stretched and got moving, the stiffness went away. Today I'm committed to add the push-up plan.

Good Morning Everyone!! to the new ones. Glad to get to know you.

Luna~Good luck at college, ace those courses!

Eny~I am not sure where I am on the push up challenge. I started with 42, then yesterday I did 45. I guess week 2 level 2???? I didn't think I would be able to do that many in a row after 2 weeks off the plan. I surprised myself. I found out why my hip ached so much yesterday. We had storms last night. It looks like it could storm some more now. I took 2 pain relievers for this headache I woke up with. I am ready for the day. My goals for the day are stay on program with YOAD, 30 minutes of cardio, some upper body strength training either with the stability ball or resistance band I am kicking our butts challenging us both to get er done. Man I am feeling soooo huge here lately. I haven't gained any weight though....its weird...I keep telling myself....wow if I feel so huge and fat at 236 what did 260 feel like? I don't even remember. I guess that is a good thing?!

Is anyone else having trouble with the 3FC website....it keeps freezing up on me! Its theonly website I'mgetting on that is doing it.

Well....gotta go change a poopy diaper (and not my own...LOL!)

I'm soooo tired today and just generally feeling crappy. My coworkers invited me out to get for lunch today and even though I feel bad and pizza would be great right about now I said no, I'm going to eat what I brought.

I haven't declined a lunch invitation in FOREVER, so this is a good sign. So far I've been POP since I started the Halloween Challenge.

Melissa- I was actually gonna ask the same thing, ive been having trouble with the site too. Hey, maybe its just all the losers, lol. Everyones flocking to the site and overloading it.

Vivien-You are strong, I wish I could turn down lunch dates. Good job on the making the decision. I cant wait til I get to that point to where I can turn down foods. Im so weak right now.

Vivian - GRAT JOB on the lunch choice!! And for being POP! It makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE! I am POP so far too - and I know that if I can make it through one day at a time - then I can keep going!!!

ATTENTION PLEASE!!!

I know that several of us are planning on weighing in on Fridays for this challenge, since Friday is the day of Halloween, I just wanted to remind everyone that the first OFFICIAL WEIGH IN WEEK starts 9/6 (Saturday) so that we can get as many in here as possible signed up. If your weigh in day is Saturday - then your first weigh in IS this weekend! Any questions PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!

FIRST WEEK'S WEIGH INS WILL BE POSTED ON SATURDAY 9/13!

We're heading for some FUN Everyone - So keep posting - keep talking - and look for more of my "off the cuff" mini-challenges in this challenge!!! You never know WHAT I'm going to come up with!!!

164 yesterday, 162 today... I need to get OUT OF 160s and into 150s ASAP, yall. I havent done any workouts today, but I want to walk and do taebo. I'll update later if I do both... Hopefully, I'll be able to.

Melissa, dont make me get you! Dont let feeling heavy discourage you. You're working your butt off, so you arent any heavier than normal. My guess is that its TOM. Hows your sodium intake been lately?
