Ladies, I'm trying to get into the habit of doing two-a-days while I still have the time. I haven't exercised yet this morning, but it will either be FitTV or Taebo. I'm soooo motivated to be better!!! I can't wait for my life to start coming together more and more. Eny, we're in the same boat with focus. I'm feelin' it too!!

Dang ENY ~ That weddin' planning has you all kinds of hyped up!!! LOL!! You were in a slump for a pretty good while and know you are on a roll!
I'm trying to get back on a roll too....today is Day #1!!!
yayyyy everyone!
I wore a pair of jeans yesterday that fit wayyyy too tight! I felt miserable! I just kept telling myself...."If you will stick to the Halloween Challenge then these pants will fit great by Halloween!"
So here I am...day 1! I know what my problem is though. I haven't been planning my meals and therefore I have just been eating whatever I want.....and of course when I don't eat right I don't want to exercise cause I'm like...what's the point!
I'm gonna get through today and then tomorrow I don't have school so...I'm gonna plan out meals tonight and go to the grocery store tomorrow so I have everything I need for my planned meals.
And exercise exercise exercise my booty off!!!! I want to hit that 220 mark on 10/31/08 !!!!

Wow! That's a TON of weight when you add us all together.
I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in a loooooong time. I'm going again tonight.
This challenge is great, it's gonna keep my hand out of those giant bags of mixed candy that'll be hitting the stores soon. I'll take one look at those bags and

Heather, welcome to the challenge. That seems like a reasonable goal for 2 months of weight loss. Good luck, stay focused, and post as often as you can!

i keep hearing lots about this 25k, but would someone be kind enough to explain, im guessing its trainign up to run 25kilometers...if so how goes it MIST?
I went for a run today and although i think i went a wee bit further, and powered up a hill or 2 i ended up walking a bitmore on the long straights then i would have liked. think my blood sugar is a bit low :-( hopefully sunday will be a good run.

Wow, it's good to see so many of us taking this challenge!! I work from home, which has a TON of advantages. It also means that I'm close to the fridge all day, while never getting an official "lunch hour". In the past, I've often wound up starting to work on something before breakfast and not getting up again until the kids get home from school. Skipping breakfast and lunch is a recipe for disaster though, as I'd eat anything and everything once I got up. Today's my first day back to a regular work/school schedule and I'm determined to schedule in regular, healthy meals. So far, so good today. Now I just have to stop early enough to get some exercise in - I want to add the push-up program to my daily walks!
