HEY EVERYONE!!! I WANT TO SAY A HUGE THANK YOU TO YOU ALL!!!!

I've been having an EXTREMELY emotional day - and I just got back on here - and seeing all of your enthusiasm has helped a TON!!! My depression/anxiety has been flaring up a TON today (doesn't help that I've been out of meds either! ) so I went to the store and got my script, and came on here and saw everyone's posts! I'm SO glad you all are having fun!!!!

I've been completely on plan for food and exercise - so I'm REALLY hoping to have GREAT weigh in on Friday! (it doesn't help that I gained #2.2 after I started the challenge - so I'll be happy tobe back at the starting line!!!)

ON TO THE PERSONALS!!!

Jillnicole - there is NOT a specific day to weigh in. For week one, I MUST get a PM of your weigh in by 11:59 PM, EST, Friday Sept. 12th. I'll report the results on Saturday the 13th!

I'm down with this challange if I may. I'm a long time member of 3fc...lost a bunch of weight...got almost to goal and got sort of lazy over the summer and after two vacations and too many weekends of grazing idiotically...I find myself at the brink of the highest I'd promised I'd let myself get before reigning it all back in....So, I'd like to be back where I was....8 pounds in 2 months doesn't sound all that difficult...I hope it's not!



I know I won't be on a team but the friendly competition always does me good..

so..

So that's 8 pounds by Oct 31. I can't wait to get to know all of you.

Eny ~ I'm sorry your having a rough day problems with Joe or just normal ups and downs? Are you sure your not pregnant? LOL!
The dancing skeletons are too cute!!! I'm right there with you on the gain after you started the challenge. I weighed in at 236 at the start of the challenge and then TOM came and I went up to 239 but I'm back to 237 and only have 1 lb left to get back to start....I should hit it tomorrow or the next day.

I have been on track with food and exercise. I did 2 miles tonight. It wasn't as much as I had hoped to do...but I played alot with my 1 year old. Trust me try chasing after a 1 year old...those of you with kids knows its a good work out...LOL!!! I too am weighing in on Friday so I hope to be at 235 or 234 even...that would be a total of 1-2 lb loss! I would only need to lose about 4-5 lbs to reach my Sept goal! I can't wait to get out of the 230's I have been lazy and hung around in the 230's wayyyy too long!

I'm lookin' to wipe out the 230's and get to 220 by Halloween with this challenge! I would love to hit 200 by Jan 1st and be in ONEderland before you know it!!!!

I hope everyone has had a great and productive weekend....I know how hard it is to keep all our good intentions going through the weekend....but keep your teams in mind everyone...and this challenge too...

Hi Jillnicole, welcome to the challenge!

I see fellow Skeleton Jadeybaby came out to play! I need to put a skeleton in my siggy too (it will make it easier for all of us to spot each other).

Oh yeah, got in a short 15-20 min treadmill walk and about 15-20 minute outdoor walk today. Still on plan and doing well!

where are ya, chicks?

I should point out that my SW for the challenge is 131.5... I never updated my profile when I crept back up over 130. Halloween goal is 123... from there (because i WILL get there!) I'll see how I feel about 120 or whatever.

I love all the cool little pictures people are posting! I have no idea how to to that but they're really fun!

Everyone has so much energy, its really inspiring. Well my weigh in day is going to be Fridays. I've been doing the 30 day shred and just finished day 8 of level 1. It a nice easy workout to fit in when there is not a lot of time. Well we all made it through the weekend (to me that makes it harder to stay one track) and it looks like everyone had done well. Congrats

Ok, I'm starting late but I will join.
I want to drop at least 10 pounds by then, so we'll see what happens, right?
I was doing low carb, close to Atkins, but my cholesterol is up and I'm having fatigue, headaches, anxiety. So I stopped. now as of yesterday I am going back to what I used to do that worked, Vegetarian low fat, no simple carbs no sugar, white potatoes, rice, etc. Wish me luck! I sorta have to make this permanent. Hehe.
