Eny, I sent you a PM of my info. I hope I can still be added to a team! I didnt workout yesterday other than 10 minutes of walking. Today, I'm gonna bum around and get a taebo workout in. I'll update in 20-something fitness challenge later.

Last night, I ate HORRIBLY... I woke up bloated, feeling super heavy and just craptastic. Its definitely due to the food. Plus, my outrageous sodium intake made me go up to 165.5!!!! Ugh... fasting today and tomorrow to get my body back together.

Hi all, hope everyone's doing well.

I hit a bit of a rut there for awhile, but I'm finally feeling motivated again, which is nice! I'm lucky that I only gained two pounds the last three weeks - I've slacked off BIG TIME - but it's time to get my butt back in gear. I've been exercising, eating right, and I'm actually looking forward to my next weigh-in. I'll be doing mine on Friday mornings, by the way.

I just went back to bed after breakfast... I wanted to go to to gym but the return to bed was to avoid binging. I had to pick, I think sleeping was the better choice. Maybe I'll make it to the gym later today, but I doubt it... they're not open much longer.

Go Team Spider

Hi Everyone. Last night I walked for over 35 minutes. I woke up this morning with the realization I forgot to do my push ups. I will get them in, I hope to do 50 straight without a pause or rest. I will do my part to help the team win the challenge by losing weight this week. I have been on program for 2 1/2 days. What if there is a tie for the challenge? The team with the most weight lost wins? Weigh in is on Monday 9-8. I will pm you Eny that morning. I want my sticker too!! Catch ya after my workout. Pat

My boyfriend was nice to come home from work this afternoon with a truck full of firewood. Unloading and stacking that was a nice addition to my biggest loser workout this morning! Shew!

sexy - you have to come in more and post! I've divided us all into teams for mini-team challenges. You are on TEAM BAT The first challenge is The first Team to lose #15 wins!

Pat - good luck on the PU's - I did mine this monring, as my morning WO. I love it!

Alright - I have to go convince the fiance (I love saying that!) that this girls is HUNGRY!!!! and he needs to get grilling!

Either way my goal by Halloween is to have lost the twenty pounds I have gained since my miscarriage. I think that's a good enough goal, right?

I've been doing my excerising for the past couple of days, but my eating habits also need improving. Cereal.

My Goals:

Eat healthier
Exercise at least 30 mins. a day.

Oh easier said than done..

Hi guys. I'm glad everyone is doing well. Hoping everyone is having a great weekend. I weigh in on mondays, but the scale is already showing a loss this week I'm glad to be on a team challenge, it helps encourage me.

Sexy - I'm sorry to hear that you want out. I added the teams to make it more encouraging for everyone... but you'r wish is my command! I hope that you'll still participate and post though! It's not all about the team stuff - and there's still silly quizzes and stickers to be won!

Lindsay - I just PM'd you back - you're the LAST person I'm going let on the Teams. GOOD LUCK!!! You'll take sexy's place on Team Bat (although I think I mistakening said spider. OOPS!)

Ok girls - off to do my WATP video tonight. I tend to make Sat & Sunday a little easier workouts, but longer then during the week when I'm SO crazy busy!!!!!
