cinnamon+splenda
*i always cheat and throw in a little extra haha so i incorporate that into my calories.

S: 3/4 pretzel from Pretzel Boys 225
D: PB&J 235

Total: 1570
Exercise: Extensive walking... went to Adventure Aquarium and Philly with the family.

I always plan ahead the day before as well, I need to figure out tomorrow still
