I finally was able to get back on track again today. The wedding was fun but.. I really didn't feel so good seeing my 1.3 lb gain this morning (I now weigh 134.0) So that definitely motivated me. I also figured out my diet plan I will be doing

I am calorie-shifting so higher and lower amounts, my average for the next 30 days will be 1244... but pretty much my intake will be 1000-1600. I am a mega binger so I really am hoping to stop that problem now!
Today was pretty good:
Breakfast
1 cup kashi go lean cereal 240
1/2 cup nonfat milk 55

1/2 banana 50

Total: 1521 Went over by 21 :s but It was with veggies so I will not beat myself over it.
I did a lot of cardio and walked for about an hour =P
I just feel so happy that I made it binge-free today! My goal is 21 days to break the habit.. but I'm taking it one day at a time.
