I did SO MUCH exercise today! !
I did :
~ 40 stair walks.
~ 100 jumping jacks.
~ 40 minutes of intense strength training.
~ walked the dog for 30 minutes.
Wow I am feeling so proud of myself I never have much motivation to exercise but I weighted myself today and lost very little.. went from 134 to 133.8 For some reason that very little 2 ounce loss got me in a good mood xx

Breakfast: 1 cup of Rice and Wheat Cereal w/ strawberries and 1/4 cup skim milk = 130 calories
Snack: 1 apple = 100 calories
Lunch = Turkey Sandwich = 200 calories
Dinner: No idea, going to a Maverick's game, and I budgeted for a "free" dinner.
Exercise: Went to a Zumba Class. BUT had to stop for some moves because of my knee.
Today I did the same exercise plan as yesterday. I hate doing the much but the feeling after is soo Good

Thats a great idea. Listen to your body. Thats the right direction to go! You really are doing so well and really have come so far which is inspiring!
