The Nature's Own ww has plenty of bulk -- I've actually switched my entire familly over to it and they haven't noticed a difference. I can even make a decent grilled cheese for my kids with it!
Feel free to tell me to shut it, just a thought.
Bacos - ha, I noticed my bread seems to have more calories than anyone else's.
I buy Natural Ovens bread. Years ago when I started eating it the package only said it had 60 calories a slice, but now it says 90. I guess the calorie count was off or something and they readjusted? I like it because each slice has 5 grams of protien and 5 grams of fiber.
I haven't seen Nature's Own, but I wouldn't mind checking into it! Do you get it at a regular grocery store?
