Weekends are harder for me, since I am less distracted by work and snack more. This past weekend I had two parties to go to (hence all the beer). The Saturday party was good cause everything was low cal or low fat, and I essentially knew what I was eating. Not so much last night! I did get in a good workout on Saturday to counter act Saturday's calories - but took a rest day yesterday. I am not going to beat myself up about it though!
Back on track today, and don't have any parties this weekend to have a temptation!
