Good Morning!
Lynn... 1287 calories, perfect! I'm 1/2 way through our 2006 files, they've been sitting on our dining room table for the last week. (I'll have to rap myself along the side of my head to finish them.) Do you collect porcelain figurines?
Fl-Mom... Congrats on breaking the 140's
SmartButt... We're all going to be watching your Valentine's challenge ticker. 2 pounds should be easy, go for it!
Julie... We have a Chinese buffet coming up tomorrow, that's where my grandson wants his birthday party. (turning 9) Our daughter is a vegan and was happy with the choice because she can fill up on vegetables. I love chinese too and I'll have to follow DD example. Egg rolls are my favorite, wish they could make some baked ones instead of deep fat fried.
Valerie Joy... You must have hit the popular "Chicago Pizza's" on Sunday and Wednesday with your calorie count.
Diva... I bid on a new Apex M500 HRM Target Zone Calorie set just now on ebay. The Polar F4's that you suggested were hot, they said it was ebays #1 selling HRM's. I clicked through many pages until I found this one. It only has 4 hours bidding left on it and I'm the only bidder. I probably will get it for $45.00.
Imenonelse... good luck on your new job and hope you can find the time to eat.
Susan... I don't have any words of wisdom to give you since you've done a fantastic job of losing and keeping it off.
Anyone I missed, I apologize since I only post messages to those under my last post. Otherwise it gets way out of line and I'm gabbing enough already.

Bobbi

Ooooooooooooops! Forgot my Wednesday's menu:

Calories 945 (Yea, don't preach, I was too busy to eat)

Fat 25% (I don't think this is very accurate, we had very lean pork loin and I cut off every morsel of fat before baking. Fitday said I consumed 14% fat on my 5oz. slice.)

Breakfast:
Vit/salmon oil & Fiber One. Flat-Out wrap with egg whites, 2 slices crumbled turkey bacon & salsa.
Total 241 calories

Lunch:
Sandwich on the run, Turkey breast on bread with lettuce & mustard.
Total calories 137

Supper:
Pork Loin, Squash and cranberry sauce
Total calories 497

Evening snack, SF Butterscotch pudding w/ SF Cool Whip
71 calories. (I put it in 5 containers instead of 4)

Eat healthy everyone, Bobbi

Hi Bobbi
I think that we got about 5 inches of snow. I have never cross country skied, I would love to but really don't have much time, or area to. I don't the the fields around my house would be very good since they are are bumpy.

Well my calories for yesterday were low at 742. I didn't get a chance to eat supper, we had a appointment for my son. Plus I don't want to eat after 7:30. Hopefully it won't be this low every Monday and Wednesday since I am going to have to do these appointments for the next 5 weeks. But I have dropped almost another whole lb!!!!

I have slacked off on my excerise too. I haven't worked out on the Gazelle since Monday. I feel terrible. I am hoping tonight I will be able to get in about 40 mins on it. Or I will start doing Slim in 6 again.

Well I will talk to yall later,
Mary

I think its reasonable to expect to loose 1 or 2 pounds a week. Good luck reaching your goal!

Calories for today:

Breakfast:
2 flat out wraps with 2 slices of provolone melted in them (313)
Snack: apple, 1/2 of an almond joy bar (191)
Lunch: lean cuisine lasagna florentine bake (270)
Snack: soy milk, cherry dark chocolate granola bar (180)
Dinner: honey bunches of oats, soy milk (310)
Snack: Butterscotch vanilla protein bar (194)

Calories: 1459
Exercise: 36 minutes HIIT on stationary bike

I'm so tired today for some reason I think I might pass out. -_-

Edited to add a protein bar since I finally got my powder in the mail (which was days late due to weather delays) and was way too low on protein today.

Calories today came in at 1025 and burned 848 at the gym working chest and back and doing my 4 mile run.

Florida Mom, I've got you beat with 34% of my calories coming from fat. At breakfast, no less. Three large eggs and two ounces of mozzarella cheese do it every time. Had oatmeal for dinner. :-p

Total deficit for January - 8409

I'll have to quantify all the candy I ate at work tonight sometime when I'm wider awake. But the scales were good to me. Down .9 of a pound in the early afternoon!

Yay Susan, glad to hear you were down!!!!

Lily, all bodies are different and each individual body is different from week to week. There are times when week after week after week, I eat the same number of calories and do the same amount of exercise and wind up with different weightlosses each and every time. So there's no way to know for sure. Stick to your plan and you most definitely will lose weight and will have those lbs off for your roommates wedding. Good luck.

Felt much better, much more on track yesterday and it's a GREAT feeling. So much more in control. Didn't even have a bite of those evil cookies or even a bite of the apple crisp. I had no interest in it. So funny how some days you're practically dying for it and the next you could care less . Ummm, I'm much happier on the days I could care less.

It's snowing here for the first time this winter. Thankfully, it's basically sticking just to the cars and lawns and trees. Which is just how I like it.

Thursday's calories - between 1100 and 1200.

Have a great and healthy day everyone.

Good Morning gals!
Mary... My two grandsons are in Basketball and Hockey. The home games are always around 5:30 p.m. so I bring a sandwich or Flat Out roll-up to eat on the bleachers with a can of diet pop. I don't know what kind of appointments you have with your son and whether you can eat there, But you could always eat in the car.
We have open fields on all sides of our acreage and usually don't have any problems skiing across them with plenty of snow. Speaking of snow, the 7 " we had a couple of days ago drifted in next to the garage and I couldn't get my car out to go exercising. Yesterday I spent 2.5 hours shoveling out and it was hard as a rock from the high winds we had. I thought I'd be down on the scale today but no such luck. Maybe it'll show up tomorrow.
Lily... I was on WW On-line just before returning to the 3FC and I was suppose to have 21 points per day. 20 pts. is pretty low, is it because you only want to lose 10 pounds? It shouldn't take you long to lose that IF YOU STICK TO 20 PTS.
Fl-Mom... 1140 calories and 28% fat is good! It doesn't take much for your fat % to sky rocket. My calories were low before going to bed so I ate one serving of Smoked Almonds, 170 calories and 15g. of fat. You must use the real Hazelnut creamer, I have a jar of Hazelnut Coffee-mate creamer in the cupboard that's SF and only has 30 calories in a Tbsp. I rarely use it, don't know why I purchased it.
Sakuya... Almond Joy's were my favorite candy bar as a tyke.
I purchased some unsweetened coconut at our local co-op and add it to SF/FF Puddings, it's sooooooooooo good! I haven't tried it with chocolate pudding, maybe I'll whip some up today.
Diva... Low calories @ 1025, but I beat your 34% fat, not that I want to win the contest. I lost out on the HRM, nobody bid on it for 7 days until some jerk bid at the last minute. I didn't bother putting a maxium bid on it because it was buried so deep in heart monitor list. There was one listed for just women, a new Women Basiz WP ES Acumen that sounded simple enough for me and they had a "buy it now" price on it, I purchased that one.
Susan... You should put "Horehound" candy in your dish at work, then you'll not be tempted to eat it. Have you ever tried it?
Robin... I just noticed what you typed under your name, "5 Foot Nuthin', cute. I bet you were the cute little petite thing in high school that everyone wanted to look like. Great calories yesterday.
Thursday's menu:
Calories... 1,107 Fat... 35%
Vit/Salmon oil, Fiber One, 2 slices of Low Cal toast with Cottage Cheese, Bac-0s and Salsa sauce.
Total Breakfast...218

Turkey Breast Sandwich with lettuce & mustard, 135 cal.
Celery sticks and Dip, 56 cal.
Total Lunch calories...191

Pork Loin Stir-Fry with Cranberry Sauce, 1/2 glass of milk.
Total Supper Calories...457

Evening Snack: SF/
ff Butterscotch pudding w/SF Cool Whip, 71 cal.
My calories were still low so I ate one serving of Smoked Almonds for 170 cal. (too much fat but maybe it's a good fat?)
Total snack... 241

Have a good one, Bobbi

Horehound? I think maybe a long time ago. The trouble with me is ... I'll eat almost anything. I'd probably try it.

I slept in and now I'm surfing 3FC instead of filling in my fitday. Can we all say denial???
