  • Hi all. I got on this morning thinking a February thread would be up and running. Geez, another day of this month still.....ugh.

    I did about 1350 cals yesterday, a whoppin' 50% cals from fat due to the chocolate binge I had. I ate lunch and still felt hungry, and attacked some chocolate (I think the house is now empty of if.) Then I STILL felt the urge to eat and had a big handful of nuts. I then wrote it all down in Fitday and that was it. I ended up not eating dinner as I have a belly dance class on Tuesday nights and food in the tummy doesn't go well with it.

    So today was going to be a day off from the gym as I'm still hobbling, but I had a hair appointment, and I packed my gym bag to go anyway. Long story short...lol...it started to snow, I had left my wallet at home, came home and decided I'm staying home after all, and will just watch it snow.

    Of course, now I have the munchies....I think I'll waste the day playing computer games.

    Olivio is a spread like butter made with olive oil and it contains omega-3 fatty acids. Sort of like Smart Balance. It's the brainchild of Lee Iacocca (Chrysler) and with the success he's had with Healthy Choice (yep... that's HIS brain child, too), I'm sure he'll do well with Olivio. The guy definitely has a head for business.
  • My calories for today are around 950. I got 15 mins on the gazelle and 30 mins on SI6 tape. Feelin pretty good about the month, 10 lbs down!!!

    Menu for Wednesday:
    'Vitamins/Salmon oil - Fiber One - Applesauce - 2 slices Toast - coconut custard pie with Cool Whip.

    Flat Out rolled with turkey breast, mustard and lettuce - Apple/Squash Soup - Green Beans - Coconut Pie w/cool whip

    Hot dog on bun - large lettuce/arugula salad with Balsamic vinegar and Olive oil dressing - Fried potatoes

    Evening... Mock pumpkin piew/cool whip - skim milk - Fiber One
