I am new at this and am not sure if this is how I post. I am inspired by a lot of your stories and have decided that I need to get smart with my weight. I am a yo yo dieter and could stand to lose a good 100 lbs, but at this time I will settle for a good 50lbs. I excercise regularily and have been on Weight Watchers so many years I shoulds own shares. I just recently purchased Bob Green's Best Life, but I need a chef to cook some of those meals. i just don't have the time. All I want is a good relaible program that works. Anyone have any good suggestions? :


....I wanna be first to say it worked for me! And it's because it's something I expect to be able to stay on the rest of my life. It's a lifestyle, not a diet....
