BOOO Push-ups lol!! I could barely do "the plank" at Yoga this past week but I'm in, for at least one or two pushups

Kelly...during AF its harder for me to exercise because I have issues! But, I find that when I am exercising the issues are less severe, and things are alot nicer on me!

Briesy...WAY TO GO!! I'm so glad you are having a better day!! We can do this, keep up those healthy habits! Each day it'll get a little easier!

Jen413...HA!!! Red on 3! Thats hilarious!!!

Heather...I usually weigh in on Saturdays because thats when I go to WW, but I may change that and just do it mondays once my WW runs out in May.

So sometime between now and Sunday everyone needs to try and see how many (or how long) they can do of the following:

Pushups
Plank position
crunches
chair position
Balance on one foot with arms straight over head
Balance on the other foot with arms straight over head

all this is, is to set your starting point!
