Tina, I'm not a dog person either, but Jess brought this guy (Ozzy, after Ozzy Osbourne) home in 2006 and he was so wittle and I fell madly in love. he's the bestest doggy I have ever had! He potty trained himself!





I have never, ever been able to do the Plank, much less the Side plank..My wrist are too weak, lol! But I'll try.

I do my push ups either off the step bench or on my resistance ball.

Yup, that's me, I didn't have my "face" on so I was hiding, lol! Also, Ozzy is camra shy. I think I have my pic on my profile here...I'll have to check....

I agree that our mascot is very very cute!!

I see "Jillian" has stopped by! Going to get my butt beat by "the Bob's" tonight. Sorry, I'm wearing blue to boot camp tonight. Which reminds me...I gotta get goin' or I'll be late.

This is driving me crazy. I can't for the life of me remember how to make a new thread. I have a question I would like to ask the parents on the site about home schooling in Ohio and I can't remember how to do it lol.

Once you get into the forum where you want your thread, there's a "New Thread" button at the top left... just under the menu bar that says "User CP... Calendar... etc" and the box listing subforums (if there are any). It is pretty tiny, heh.
