Personal: 770/720 (yeah!)

Group: 18,191 + 70 = 18,261

I *think* the math is okay now, right?

I have 85 min to add... a walk with the dogs, a walk on the treadmill, and back/abs...

Group total ~ 18,261 + 85 = 18,346 min

Yep, minutes look on track to me. Well I got in a 46 minute walk with DH tonight. New totals are:

Personal Total: 1442 + 46 = 1488/310 - 1178 minutes past my goal.


Group Total: 18,392 + 46 = 18,438

Personal Goal... 230 - 60 = 170 mins left of August's goal of 1200

This thread is so good for me. I usually take Sun. off but couldn't wait to exercise today so I could add. Thanks everyone! Today 50 minutes of machines in basement. so personal total is 820. I thought I redid the points when we posted at the same time so not sure if right or not.

Been doing a lot of driving and not had time to walk, but been doing my arm lifts/punches in either sets of 100+ or repeated sets of 50+. I put enough into it to feel a bit of a flush and some definate muscle fatigue.

Did another workout today. 25 minutes step aerobics and 5 minutes on the bike 15-20 mph 1.5 miles.
