Well, yesterday I ended up adding in an additional 116 minutes of walking -- all around Chicago -- that was unexpected and has put me back on track!
The sad part is that because I didn't expect all that walking, I wasn't wearing the best shoes and have blisters...

let's see if we can hit 25 K by the end of the month!
Friday I did 60 minutes (30 min in morning, 15 on elliptical and 15 on treadmill at the gym) but yesterday I didn't do anything. That means I probably won't make my goal this time, but I am ok with that. I set it a bit too high since having realized I needed to change things up a bit. So my total now is 1144 (goal was 1500).
The group total is 23,689 + 60 = 23,749

I tried a new video today - Budokon: beginning practice. It is a mix of yoga, martial arts and meditation. It was really good although some of it was quite beyond me. But, I can modify and it is always good to have a challenge. The only thing was that after finishing it I realized it was a weights day and now I don't feel like it. Oh well. That brings my total to 1179.
Right, Sunday I had off .. but Saturday was a busy one getting the backyard and "barn" ready for our new lambs .. I was out there clearing out the shed of plants and rubbish and weeds for over an hour .. and then getting all the stones off the floor and filling the holes in the shared driveway with them (which took 4 wheelbarrow fulls to clear most of them), then it was shovelling a trailor-load of sawdust into the barn for the lambs ... so a total of full on activity of just over 1 hour .. but I will round it down to an hour cos I did have a few minutes to catch my breath when we were shovelling the sawdust .... after that I relaxed inside doing the dishes and cleaning up the kitchen before I started getting dinner organised for everyone .. so heart pumping activity total for Saturday was 75 minutes in total ... Sunday relaxed (well ... sorta .. we went and got the lambs lol .. but no heart pumping activity that day really) ... then today I did my 20 minute learn and burn with Turbo Jam, I did start the 20 min workout .. but just couldnt go fast enough to keep up and kept getting confused ... will try again in a few days I think.... and then tonight I will do my pilates .. but will add that tomorrow instead ... soooo total to add for the last 3 days ... 95 minutes!! (no wonder my legs and arms are sore rofl)
