Oops... I've done it again. I hadn't realised it had been so long since I posted my exercise minutes. Things have certainly been moving along very nicely in the meantime. Anyway...
Friday - 30 mins aerobics DVD, 10 min walk home from work
Saturday - 100 mins walking with hubby
Sunday - 80 mins walking with with hubby
Monday - 20 mins aerobics with kids, 20 mins walking to/from work
Tuesday - 40 mins aerobics DVD, 20 mins laps of oval with kids
Wednesday - 30 mins exercise bike, 20 mins walking to/from work
Making a total of 370 minutes
Personal Goal... 30 - 370 = 340 mins ABOVE August's goal of 1200
Group Total... 25,210 + 370 = 25,580
