I looked at the start of the thread and it says highest ever was in May (at least as far as seems to be recorded here) was 16,091. We are going to blow that out of the water!!
Got in 2 more walks today (29 minutes and 25 minutes) and did upper body moves with weights (Medium weights this time...I had been using heavier ones nearly everytime...gonna surprise my system by upping the weight again next time, after this "lighter" session. Did 16 minutes of that tonight.) So overall I got in an additional 70 minutes tonight! New totals are:
Personal Total: 1133 + 70 = 1203/310 - 893 minutes past my original goal.
Is it too late in the month for me to join? I'm so new to the site, I've just discovered this thread, from reading everyone's posts on the other thread.
If i can join in my goal is 500 minutes (starting with Monday of this week)
Monday- 1 hour yoga
Tuesday- 33 minutes treadmill
I won't add it into the group total, because I'm not sure if it's okay to jump in mid-month like this
