27 min for me, with 17 of those on the bike. Gotta get those bike minutes up up up... once again I won't make my monthly goal but I do hope I'm getting further than I would have otherwise.
Angela -- first, if I haven't commented before, I love your new avatar! (I know I have THOUGHT to comment before, but sometimes that fizzles out before it actually happens... as for goals, maybe you're setting them too high to start? Something to think about. I will actually be dialing my goal DOWN next month... when the school year starts I will be busier, and I'm having trouble keeping up with my goal as it is...
Anyway, I am catching up to where I should be and chipping away at it... 57 min today: 30 min on treadmill (though it was uninspired), 10 min ab/back, and a 17 min walk with the dogs!
Hi Ladies - Got in 51 minutes today...walking with some little jogging spurts! DH was so supportive and helped me along. It was nice, we went after dark again, when it's all quiet and deserted. New totals are:
Personal Total: 1604 + 51 = 1655/310 - 1345 minutes past my goal.
Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then had a 30 minute session with my trainer. Then this morning I managed to drag myself out of bed and did 30 minutes of WATP style walking. That brings my total to 974.
