Got in a 49 minute walk tonight. Might try some strength training later, not sure yet. New totals are:
Personal Total: 1655 + 49 = 1704/310 - 1394 minutes past my goal.

Nothing for Tuesday as I was feeling 'blah' and just rested. Wednesday - 30 mins aerobics and 10 min walk to school. Thursday - 30 mins exercise bike and 20 min walk to/from school.
Personal Goal... 120 - 90 = 30 mins left of August's goal of 1200
Group Total... 21,393 + 90 = 21,483

20 minutes on the bike 15-22 mph 5.7 miles, plus some shoulder and bicep work while i was on the bike + 5 minutes of crunches, squats and wall pushups. Second workout of the day DONE!! I'm done for the day!!!
