Nightkatt, I love to Turbo and it DOES (thank God) get easier. I still feel like I have two left feet toward the end of Cardio Party but every repitition I learn the routine a little more and can concentrate more on form.
150 minutes of various exercise for the weekend. I went to the gym on Sunday as well as did yoga friday evening, saturday morning, saturday evening and sunday morning. Not that I counted it, but I also spent a couple hours cleaning on Sunday

Yikes, haven't exercised in days. Just posting for accountability. I'm going to try to get SOMETHING in, even if it's just 10 minutes, every day for the rest of the month, then set myself a new goal.

I think we missed LUFIC's 60 minutes in the total, and I'll add the 30 i did a few days ago... although I've been pretty pathetic lately, September is coming, and I'll be OFF THE TRUCK *party*party*party*party* and then I warn you - stand back!
I did it!: I'm dying but I did it! I actually finally got 30 minutes to an exercise video. The video came with a stretch band with 3 cords. Not until after I finished the video (barely) did I get informed that 3 cords were for advanced exerciser, 2 cords for regular exerciser, and 1 cord for beginners. I used the three cords and now my muscles are jiggling like jello. Tomorrow, I'll do better!
Almost the end of the month! This is the best month I've ever had, exercise-wise. Today I did 60 minutes (20 minute TurboJam and 40 minutes of TurboSculpt.)
I am going to add in my additional 15 min from Sunday -- I spent hours finishing an office move at work, though am only counting 15 that seemed more "strenous". Yesterday my back hurt a lot (hmmm... FROM the move???) and I rested. Hope I still make my goal!!!!
