harkeyvalley -- Perhaps I should say something about the history of this thread the next time I start it, because I think a lot of people assume that exercise is easy for those of us doing it. I love the idea of counting minutes because of the accountability I get from it! It is still not easy for me to do, though I do admit that it IS becoming a habit and that I LOVE the results! Plus, doing things in general is easier, and that is really nice!
I got in a nice walk with my mom, then we went to the beach and I GOT IN THE OCEAN and swam and such! I won't count all the water time, but just say 40 min total.
Group total ~ 13,400 + 50 (angie) + 40 (me) = 13,490 min!
Hello Ladies: I can't honestly say that I've exercised since I last posted. I did buy the WATP dvd and I watched it. I just wanted you to know that I'm checking in and you all are doing great. I'm hoping to get inspired by you all.

Monday - 40 mins treadmill, 20 mins laps with the kids and 20 mins walk to/from work.
Tuesday - 30 mins treadmill, 20 mins aerobics with the kids and 10 min walk home from work. Raining too hard to walk TO work.
Personal Goal... 550 - 140 = 410 mins left of August's goal of 1200
Group Total... 14,005 + 140 = 14,145
There are some VERY energetic people in here. I could NEVER have done what some of you are doing when I was at the same weight. You guys truly impress me SO much.
