  • I would love to do water aerobics I need to check into that. 55 min. on my treadmill and bike and elliptical today bringing up total to 445 exercise not my problem food is my problem.
    Group total is8308
  • Hi Ladies - 25 minutes upper body and 56 minutes walking; total of 81 minutes today...So, new totals are:

    Personal Total: 591 + 81 = 672


    Group Total: 8308 + 81 = 8389
  • OMG - We broke 100,000, didn't we?!?!?!!?
  • An hour at the gym and a walk to the library for a total of 100 minutes.

    8389+100= 8489 Group total.

    475 / 1000 for me
  • We did indeed break 100,000 - we rock!!!!!

    And it was only 1 day before I had predicted. Pretty cool.

    13 big minutes on the bike for me today. Sore from yesterday but not as bad as I'd feared.

    Personal total: 226/644 remaining

    Group total: 8489 + 13 = 8502

  • Let's see...in 2 days I've walked the dog for 40 min, did 1 Push cardio for 30, and 1 Push strength training for 40, for a total of 110. That brings my total personal goal to 220/720. (going to count up now instead of down)

    Total group: 8532 + 110 = 8642

  • I went to the gym tonight and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 on the treadmill bringing my total to 465.

    The group total is now 8,532 + 60 = 8,592
  • Ack! Jen and I posted at the same time and for some reason it wouldn't let me edit, so the correct group total is:

    8,642 + 60 = 8,702
  • I managed to actually complete a full 40 minute workout from the PUSH DVD! I'm jelly but happy.
    Group ~ 8,702 + 40 = 8,742

    First off... Ammi... WOW... I took a look to see who the newbie was! You look FANTASTIC in your new avatar picture. Your face has really slimmed down, and you are GLOWING with health! Great job!

    Luflic, yes water aerobics are really great... they are really toning me up. I love the hand water weights as they are so versatile!

    Angela, ya LOL if I had done those 100,000 minutes by myself I would be really skinny by now. But I did really well today... wow 124 minutes of aerobic walking!!!

    Total - 836
    1500 goal - 836 = 664 still to go

    I am over halfway to my goal and it is only the 9th! Yay!

  • Normal day for me... 40 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins walking to/from school.

    Personal Goal... 800 - 60 = 740 mins left of August's goal of 1200

    Group Total... 8866 + 60 = 8926

  • Last night, I was feeling tired but my BF wanted to do yoga so he told me that he was going to do it and I could join him if I wanted. I decided that I could do 20 minutes of yoga before bed. Then this morning, I woke up early and did 15 minutes of yoga and then 30 minutes of upper body workout. So that is a total of 65 minutes.

    Personal total: 230 + 65 = 295
    Group total: 8926 + 65 = 8991
