Goal Weight: 180 is the weight I'm aiming for. If I lose any under that I'll be happy.
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Staying focused and realizing that I don't need food to be happy. In that I mean no more celebrating with food. When I go out with friends I'll have just as much fun eating a healthy meal and hanging out as I do when I eat the lardy gooey, fatty food, because the main thing should be who I'm hanging out with not what I'm stuffing in my mouth.
Following any specific plan: no... just exercise and try to eat well.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Last time when I lost the 90 lbs. I gained 40 back because I didn't adjust my plan to my life. Last time losing weight was pretty much all I had. Now my life is full and I need to move everything over so I can fit in exercising and eating correctly, because I want those Lucky jeans dammit!

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Previous years of eating disordered rubbish-ness (AN, ED-NOS, Binge eating)
Following any specific plan: 1,500 calories a day, trying to eat most of that as healthy food, minimum 30 minutes exercise that makes me sweat each day. I can happily do more exercise, but I'm keeping that ace up my sleeve for when it inevitably gets harder to lose!
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Because I have kicked binge eating disorder. I'm clear about my motives (shallow, meh) and I have a concrete plan and a FOOD DIARY.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: FOOD! I overeat, eat just because it's there and I'm bored... unhealthy choices. Also, staying motivated is a tough one; I'm always really excited in the beginning and then lose my stride.
Following any specific plan: I just started C25K, and will begin some strength training soon. I'm also going to try counting calories again, which is what I did last time I lost weight.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm giving myself small mini rewards. I will get my hair done at 185 lbs, and will buy a new dress for my cousin's wedding in October if I can no longer fit into the dress I recently wore for a wedding. And I'm SO READY!

well i am going to start another drug for insulin resistance which is actually a diabetes drug and needs to be injected, i am so scared of needles so hopefully getting off this drug will be good motivation
also i am no longer in school so hopefully will be less stressed out and have more time to exercise

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Sweets - I love sweets. I love cookies, and ice cream, and cake, and such forth. Really - I just love food, all of it. I will eat most anything. So limiting portions and trying to eat healthier foods.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am not happy with the way I look. I lost weight and have put it back on... this time I want to lose it, and learn how to maintain that weightloss.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I would really like a buddy - someone to hold me accountable besides my boyfriend. As much as I love him and as much as he's trying to be helpful it sometimes feels critical coming from him - I would love some support on those days where I want to give up.
