Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Resisting food that I know I won't be able to avoid in my household. =/ Also, sweets but mainly chocolate. I also have to resist soda. =/
Following any specific plan: Well I'm going to do what I did before. I would just drink lots of water even when I eat. No soda, no juices. Also minimize my food intake to a reasonable amount. Also, Dance, dance, dance. That's what I did before and it worked pretty good.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I know now to be careful in what I eat and drink. I have to make sure to not let food overcome me. =/

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Eating greasy fried food and drinking beer. Where I live every social occasion is centered on alcohol, nearly all food is fried when you eat out.
Following any specific plan: Exercising and smaller food portions, more salads.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: This is the first time that I have put my mind to losing weight. For most of my life I thought it was such a difficult thing to do that I ignored it and assumed I would be big all my life.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: i enjoy trying new foods, eating at new resturants, and cooking new things (I enjoy cooking healthy things too but sometimes I want to try a recipe that isn't so healthy- at least i'm a vegetarian). I have problems with portion control and cravings even when i know i'm not hungry. I live with my boyfriend, and he's a big guy, so I'm tempted to eat what/when he wants to which can cause me to make bad choices. I'm also a college student who went from working out and playing tennis every day to doing nothing for the past year (and going from a vegan diet back to a vegetarian diet) and its caught up to me. haha thats a lot of hurdles.
Following any specific plan: i'm not eating cheese and i'm drinking soy milk instead of regular milk (but still having some non-vegany things.. like eggs occasionally), pushing myself to do some kind of work out every day, and control my portions and snacking

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Last time I stuck with the diet about 2 weeks without cheating and then slowly started cheating in week 3 and eventually gave up. I want to be able to write in my blog every day that I haven't cheated and I HAVE exercised. I didn't exercise much last time. Also, my Mom and my friend Brittany are both dieting and their support means the world!

I'm only saying it here because someone might want to ask what caused my emotions to effect my weight gain. I didn't emotionally binge eat, I just barely ate anything, so when I did it all stored and I stopped exercising.
