Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Wow there are so many. Like many other girls on here, social situations are a killer as well as Thurs, Fri, Sat out for dinner with my BF! Wine... Feeling hungry!
Following any specific plan: I work out 5 or 6 days/week and have a trainer 2 days who suggested that I dont eat carbs after 3pm. Overall just trying to eat healthy 7 days per week instead of 3 or 4 like what I have been doing.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: This is the first time I have hit 160 in the past 8 years. My BF and I are on the brink of engagement (in the nest 3 or 4 months) and I want to feel great about my self so I can really enjoy being a bride and love how I look in the pictures!

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I eat socially and emotionally... actually, I've conquered the emotional eating. But regardless, it WAS a hurdle to overcome. Now my biggest hurdle is getting myself out the door to go for a walk/jog.
Following any specific plan: Eat smaller portions, 5x a day, stop eating crap, stepping up the exercise, and lots of water.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm finished doing this yo-yo thing. I was in the 140s about 2 years ago and an antidepressant (as well as horrible boy problems) ballooned me back up. I'm not going to let that happen again. I'm in control now. Damn straight!! :P
Anything else you would like to share with us: Umm... well, I don't know if anyone cares about this but I was made fun of alot when I was younger (elementary - high school) about being fat and ugly. Needless to say, my confidence was basically non-existant throughout my younger years. It was a struggle to learn to love myself (and I'm still in that process). Now, I just want to be healthy and put all this weight obsession behind me. I guess that's all I have to say...

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I eat a lot cause there isnt anything else to do. I stay at home and my daughter is at school so there isnt much to do except eat, sleep, clean (only so much cleaning you can do), tv or be on the computer. There isnt much to do where I live. Plus I eat out a lot.
Following any specific plan: Not really but need to be. But not sure on how to start it or what to do. I try to watch my calories.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Never really tried to lose any weight before last summer. I havent had any issues with my weight or anything. I had a really good metabolism... What happened to it?! ha I use to be 105 before my daughter... 161 night before I had my daughter. 140 when I left the hospital. Then went back down to 115 within 6 months. But I would eat when and what I would want and didnt work out at all. But I always out doin stuff and not sitting around like I do here. So once I saw the scale hit the weight I was when I was prego I couldnt believe it and decided I needed to do something now before it gets any harder to lose the weight.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Time to exercise and eat right. I'm busy at work and most days I don't get home until 6:30. Then between helping big kids with homework, feeding baby, bathing baby, and cooking dinner, I'm so exhausted, that I just go to bed. On reallly busy days, I just grab burgers on the way home from dinner. I feel like I run in circles, but am not going anywhere somedays.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: before I never really had problems. I was a waitress all through school, so I got plenty of exercise running around, carrying big trays. Now I sit behind a desk for 9 hours everyday....

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: My attitude about goals is different, my commitment level is different - and I've started exercising 6 days a week. I started exercising first and am making gradual changes to my diet. I've also put a lot of thought into what my future clients will think of me if I remain this overweight - and my professional image is going to be very important as a new associate.
