I'm 158.8 today, so I'm staying steady. I'm still gonna give it a couple days in case I bounce back up (which I can do even without overeating).

Okay. My last three weigh ins have been 159, 158.8, and 158.6. I'm sticking around the same weight, so I think I'm gonna call it and head on over to the 150s/140s thread.

Hi everyone! I have been in the 170's for a couple weeks now. I really really really need support. This weight loss has been a super slow go. I am getting married July 6th 2012 and I desperately want to be 149 at least by then. I am 177 now. Is 28-35 lbs doable by then? I have only lost 37 lbs in the past 15 months uggh. I have been doing 1300 calories and burning at least 500 calories a day by running and the stairstepper. I drink tons of water and add weight training everyday. Any support in this goal would be awesome!

Cierranevada first congrats on your wedding!! So exciting! My thoughts on goals are: the only way to get there is to try and see. Plus even if you fall a bit short you still will have made big improvements by then if you stick with it. You got this!!

Been a while since I checked in here. I was pretty stuck around 171-173 but thanks to my switch to WW I'm feeling much skinnier even in just a week and healthier. I'm at 169.6 now!! So happy to see 1-6 and now I'm ready to see 1-5

This is like the cool club I can't wait to be apart of... While most of you gals will be out by the time I join this decade - and congrats to that! - I'm excited to see 179.5 on the scale!! (3 more pounds)

cierranevada Hey I'm not too sure about this exactly but I know a lot ofp eople on here have said that when the weight loss slowed they tried to eat a bit extra for a few days and that helped their weightloss again. Your body might just be a bit unhappy/shocked with the change. you're doing great though, well done!

I weighed in at 163.2 after being stuck around 164-165 for the past 2 weeks.. I was soo happy. Did lots of exercise today already so feeling motivated.. can't wait to get into the 150s
