unstoppable thanks! you're almost out of the 160s!!!!

As for me, I took a break yesterday (since my gym is closed on Mondays and its hard for me to exercise outside living in Korea..). So yesterday, no exercise & I pretty much ate whatever I wanted and I was happy to see that I didn't gain any weight. Hopefully I'll see the scale budging some this week though!

168.8! I know it's just a tiny tiny bit down from the other day but after being frustrated with plateaus for several months I'm just SO THRILLED to see the scale move at all!

174!! Moving down still... I'm surprised but I've been 100% on plan for eons.

Good workout this AM. MAN I love lifting weights. I'm a weirdo, I know. My behind hurts, though... sore sore sore.

So, I'm back at this again. Today I weighed in at 162.9 and I am participating in my campus' Biggest Loser Contest. I'm one of the people that likes to be challenged so it's getting my weight loss back on track. Good luck to all of y'all!

Weighing in at 168.4 today! It feels good to see the scale moving down. I think upping up my calories really helped a lot.

Good job to everyone! Feels good seeing that a lot of you are dropping!

Oh my goodness. I'm gone for a week on here and I have 3 pages of posts to catch up with. This will teach me to pop in more often! Lol.

Also, I haven't caught up with all the posts yet. I'm replying to pages 8 and 9 XD. Sorry if my comments confuse you guys!

Kawaii - Ahhh, I so look forward to the day I can visit Japan!! I've wanted to travel there since I was a freshman in high school, touring students from our sister school in Japan around campus. I. Will. Get. There. ... Someday, haha. I was confused when you asked me how many workouts I do in a day. I thought to myself, "What's she talking about? I only do one." Then I read my last post ... I was trying to catch up on a couple workouts, but I ended up only doing the one. My body was too tired! I was actually tired the next few days, so I took it easy and didn't really work out. It was also TOM. Typically, though, I do cardio (40-50 min walking) in the morning right after I wake up and before breakfast 4-5 times a week, and strength train 4-5 times a week. None of my workouts go over an hour. They're right under an hour, if you subtract the 10 min warm up I do. The book is working for me, though . Lost another 2.5 lbs, woohoo!

Unstoppable
- Amazing job, girl!!!

BuckKeepBlue - This is late, but hello and welcome .

Rainy - Geh, I'm the epitome of a busy bee. I really should stop doing so much, but ... I don't know, I think right now is the time where I have to duck my head down and keep chugging along, doing the most and best I can. Eventually there will come a time this year where I can lessen the load. Good luck with your new job! Enjoy it. Also, CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR 100, GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOOOOOOO!!!

Nadya - Love the positive and healthy attitude your comments about food and exercising showed. We don't have to beat ourselves up over a few lapses. This is a lifestyle change, so a few lapses here and there don't play a big enough role for concern.

Gold - Mmm, pizza. I had some BJ's Brewery pizza last night with my SO for V-day. We had a great first Valentine's celebration .

Jelb - Aw, girl, I know exactly what you mean about the stress, as well as family pointing out things you already know and are working on. Keep your head up!!! You'll show everyone in your own good time just what you can do. Then they can eat their words. (Fired up, me? Nahh).

Also, hello to TotsandFries, delyn, Alicia, Riesz, and FunSize .

As for me, my TOM ended and I dropped from 163.4 lbs to 159.5 lbs. I gained since yesterday, though, 'cause SO and I went out to BJ's and did the whole shebang. Haha. Valentine's was great. He made it the best - chocolates, flowers, a card and balloon, and a black baby bunny on top of the chocolates XDDD. He looked so pleased with himself, lol. I was super pleased and touched, too. Makes me want to do that much better in improving our relationship and making him/us happy . Ok, enough cheesiness. I'll pop in again tomorrow! I should be job-searching right now xD. Ta-ta, you beautiful ladies!

Hey y'all! I just got into the 160's yesterday and I'm glowing with joy because the last time I weighed this low was in 2005, when I was 15! I am very close to dropping a pants size which hasn't happened in a while since the last couple of months of last year were really slow. It took me a long time to get out of the 180's... and I can't wait to get to the 150's, I'm aiming for end of March or early April, the latest.

166.8 today! That will probably be my official weigh-in for Feb. As my weight gets lower, I find it fluctuates much more with hormones/water/BM/etc. so I've been weighing myself after my period every month to get the most steady results.

Can't believe a healthy BMI is just around the corner...

Waffling between 159 and 160 this morning . I think it's all water weight that I lost, though, since my skin is super dry and flaky lately. I'm going to up my water intake. I haven't been drinking much water lately.

Great job, Riesz, keep it going!! I'm trying to get down to a healthy BMI, too.

Mya, congrats on your great achievement!! It's so, SO encouraging and exciting to see that your hard work is paying off. It really gets you motivated .

As for me, I feel fantastic today!! I woke up this morning and did 30 minutes of dancing to the Macarena (haha, it was the only CD I could find!) for cardio. I LOVE how good I feel and I love seeing changes in my body from all my efforts these last 4 weeks. Keep it up, girls, we're doing great! Have a terrific day, you guys .

Hi ladies! I'm popping back in at 175.3 today. I disappeared for a couple weeks but no longer

Everyone's doing so great! Keep it up!

I've got a buuusy weekend ahead of me. I'll be doing a lot of walking and some corset wearing so I'm hoping I'll come out of this weekend down a pound. It's happened when I go to this before. Might not happen this time but a girl can dream!

Also my boyfriend has decided to get together a 3 year plan for himself which is broken down to increments of 3 months. By the end of June he wants to be 240 (He's about 260 now) and I know how his weight loss efforts go so I decided to motivate him. I challenged him.. whoever gets there first wins an extra $20 in spending money for the month. 140 is "there" for me and we joined our finances last year so we each get a monthly allowance. He'll crush me if he puts his mind to it. I have an extra 15lbs to lose and he's a cyborg (He likes to call himself that.. he has the lapband), but I don't mind. Should be fun!

Happy Friday everyone

Hi Everyone!
I'm new here- current weight is 173. I've been in the 150's twice in my life since I was 12. Both times I was exercising and watching my weight. So, I'm back now to get there again. This time I am post baby (although he'll be 2 this summer, so it's a bit late). I'm really looking forward to getting into some nice clothes again and being able to feel confident again.
so, my first goal is to get into the 160's and work from there.
