159.6 about half an hour ago but I'm not moving yet, this week has been way too weird. I'm at home for break and my Mom just keeps cooking the most unhealthy foods in the world. She even baked muffins last night! WTH Mom you couldn't have waited until I leave Sunday?! >.<
I've tried to keep it in check and I've done Taebo two or three times so I'm not just lounging about. Here's to hoping I don't leave in the 160's still!
congrats Nadya for hitting the 150s! but i know how you feel...my mom always makes the most amazing, but sometimes unhealthy foods whenever i'm at home
as for me, i weighed in at 163 today! ahh so close. i'm hoping i'll be in the 150s by the end of this month!!
Thanks guys but I don't know if I'm definitely out or not. I'm feeling so chubby right now, maybe I'm just bloated. I'll know for sure on Friday but I'm afraid of the scale. >.<

Hello! I figured I'd join this thread and try to kick my butt into weight loss mode again.
I've been maintaining (somewhat unintentionally) between ~155-165 for like a year. I've seriously not left that range. I got down to 142 once (OMG, was I actually that light??? I can't believe it) and I'd like to get back down to that.
My main issue is continued overeating (the cravings are a *****, which I didn't have my first year of weight loss). I'm good for a few days, then I slip for a few days. Repeat. I think I'm struggling to transition from, "Wow, this is new and I'm losing weight fast and I'm learning so much and so busy with it!" to "Okay, so this is my life. It's not new, I've got the basics down, just gotta do it and try to make it interesting." Hmm.
Last time I was in one of these threads, it definitely helped. So, I'd like to join you all! You all look like you're doing amazing!
I'm not sure what I weigh today (I was up and going so early that I forgot). But yesterday I was at 163. But TOM hit, too, so I expect bloating (hurrah.).

Hey ladies! weighed in this morning at the exact same weight, to the tenth of a pound, as last week. lol! Happy that I didn't gain, at least, considering I quit smoking on Sunday. Even using the patch, the cravings are still a b****! trying to switch from eating to chewing gum when the cravings hit. Other than that, I'm starting kickboxing next week so I'm super excited about that! Also thinking about starting the C25K. Anybody in this thread have experiences with that program?
Yesterday I weighed in at 176.6, but my boyfriend bought me jack in the box last night and since I had been drinking a little bit...I ate it :/ I weighed myself this morning at 178.4..I hope it's just water weight or something.
165 today. Not bad, considering half this month was spent on vacation to visit my mom in the deep south. I let myself eat lots of good southern cookin' so I'm proud to be down any weight at all! :P
Riesz: I have family in the south, and I know what delicious stuff they cook down there. I'm very impressed you lost weight while visiting. I don't know if I could do the same!

For some reason I'm 159.2 this morning... I feel like that's a fluke, because dropping 2 lbs in 1 night seems odd. But it might be the bloating going down from my period. Either way, I hope it sticks around. But I have this bad feeling I'll bounce up again.
It's kind of quiet in this thread, isn't it? Or did it, like, close and I didn't notice. Lol!
Either way, I hope my new weight sticks and that I can move on down soon! Yay!
LiannaKole: Yeah, it was rough! I went over to my Meemaw's house for dinner one night while visiting and she was frying cornbread in bacon fat! I wanted to bang my face against the wall! She also had collard greens cooked with bacon fat and bacon, fried salmon cakes, and baked potato casserole loaded with butter and sour cream. Oh, and cake with whipped cream for dessert. Needless to say, I only ate about a spoonful of everything...lol. I only get a chance to eat that stuff about twice a year though
164.2 today! I'm HEALTHY!!!!! BMI! I'm definitely marking it down NOW, then hitting the gym, then going out for a few beers because hey, it's St. Pat's day! Hope everyone has a great day!
