So happy for you!

I am still at 175. I'm gonna have to try my best to stay on track because for the rest of the week, it's gonna be crazy. A lot of cleaning and painting needs to be done around the new house before we get the hardwood floors done (by a professional of course, lol.) then the actual moving-in on the 4thtoo! I'm super-excited though!

Hoping to be lower the next time I get on the scale which will be a while since it is packed.

I'm sure you'll be lower...how could you not be with that much running around? I'm tired just reading all of that! 30 DS time...challenge weigh in is two days off and people have some reeeally awesome numbers. I need to get my little behind in gear >.<

So tired...I just busted my butt. I didn't dare log it all on mfp because last time I put in that much exercise it yelled at me for not having enough calories (I DID eat my target number...I just...you know...went balls to the wall afterward). I snuck a peek at the scale, and if the number stays until morning I'm going to have a frickin' AMAZING weigh-in tomorrow...fingers crossed.

You guys are making awesome progress! I can't seem to get anywhere. I was at 175 yesterday and am back down to 174.8 this morning. Hopefully I can stay on track from here on out and finally lose.

Awesome job, guys! I clocked in at 162.0 this morning...so surprised that it's still going down. I figured that the 162.9 was water weight and that it would go right back up today. Happyhappyhappy....

164 this morning!! I've lost 10 lbs since I first posted in this thread... in January! Eeks.

4 more to go!! I want to see the 150's this month... but that's SUPER wishful thinking.

Maybe you've only lost 10 lbs (what am I saying "only?" 10 lbs is awesome!), but I'm sure you look a lot better at that weight than a lot of people (me included!) with all of the strength training that you do.

Dumb question...Have you ever tried using resistance bands? Unfortunately there are absolutely no gyms around and I've only been able to find a set of 2 kg weights...which hardly do anything for me. On the other hand, I seem to find resistance bands everywhere...I was wondering if they're at all effective for strength training (maybe if I use multiple bands? Idk...looking for options)

Thank you!

I haven't ever really used resistance bands, so I can't really help with that. I'm sure they'd be worlds better than no resistance training at all.

This looks like some good info here -

I may grab a set during my move... because access to heavy iron will be spotty.

Awesome! Thanks for the link, ValRock. Every time I search things I end up getting lost in the sheer volume of the information available, so I like to ask people that are doing the things I want to do for input.

DrivenbyAmbition: I'm sure you'll be out of them soon!
