I keep doing this awful floaty-dance in the mid 160's... I feel like I've been 167 for a month now. I saw 165.6 yesterday... Which is good, but it's right back up today from water retention. I WILL get out of these damned 160s. I WILL.
Also, ValRock, do you stalk the BB Misc section like I do just to see what those crazy boys are up to? Some of the **** that comes out of their mouths, lmfao!
Keep it up! I wish that I had an update on my number...I'm probably going to cave reeeeally soon and make teh trip out to Takasaki for a new battery...it seems like a waste to make such a long trip for such a small thing, but not knowing is starting to drive me nuts. I don't know how people only weigh once a week...
Awesome! Way to kick 175 square in the butt! I finally got my scale battery, but having just had dinner, the number isn't looking great :/ Tomorrow is my challenge weigh-in day, so hopefully it'll look better in the morning.
Hey everybody! This morning I weighed in at 175.8, I haven't seen 175 since before I got married 6 years ago! Soo that makes me happy.. I would love to see 160's... and 150's and so on... haven't been that since highschool! =)
Well, the number for the day appears to be 161.6 lbs...how long that'll stick around, I have no idea...apparently I didn't do a good enough job of stretching my shoulders before spending hours swimming yesterday and I anticipate some water weight in the next few days D: I just hope it's below that on Saturday...I'd really like to have a nice number on my birthday.
A couple of months ago I was at 148.0!! So disappointed. Even though that number was only because of unhealthy means. So, I'm working my way back down. Starting now.
