I was 157 in january, but despite everything I've been doing I'm at 171 now. Since january I've added working out with a personal trainer twice a week, and started taking vitamins/eating better. No clue what added the extra poundage.. but I'm determined to get rid of it. My measurements are also up with an extra inch on my hips and an extra two on my waist. Makes no sense. I just want to be skinny finally!
Hi Ladies! I'm new to the 160s and am ready to get out of here as quick as I can. On monday I started counting calories and doing jillian michaels 90 day body revolution and running as well. I am doing weigh ins on sundays only, so I'm hoping for a big number my first week!
bopbot you're so close! Hope TOM doesn't make you go up too much. That's what threw me off this week.

I stayed with friends and we had bread, cheese and wine for dinner. Then some more wine then some lovely Egyptian dessert with icecream and some more of that the next day. Woops. Got back yesterday evening and I was 160.8 - fingers crossed that's as high as it goes and I'll be back down a bit tomorrow. Gonna go cycling today.
Well I weighed in today at 160.6! I'm almost out of this thread! Can't wait to weigh in next sunday.
LeilaJey- Sounds like you had a fun time with your friends! It looks like your about out of this thread too and onto the 150s- hope we can both be over there soon
I'm 165.3 this morning, so hopefully I can get out of this thread in the next few weeks. I don't know why I never noticed this thread before, I only ever saw the 140's and 150's one... lol.

Yes! I'm counting calories and trying to make those calories good food and not junk. My max calories is 1500/day and up to 1700 when I work out heavy. I've been gaining so much weight I actually took a pregnancy test because that's the only thing that I could think of causing it, but that was negative. My thyroid function is normal, and none of the doctors I work with, or my own personal physician can figure out why I'm not losing and gaining instead. I know I didn't gain 10lbs of muscle in a few months... As of today I'm at 168.. 38lbs from my goal
@kelli21 - that's crazy but it's good you got your thyroid checked out! as long as you're feeling healthy and your Doctors aren't concerned that's good. Good luck
I was 158 today and if I'm down more/same tomorrow I'll be comfortable moving on to the next thread. So excited, never thought I'd make it this far. I owe so much to 3fc.
JessicaB- I'm sure you'll be out of this thread in no time! Especially if you put your mind to it and stick to it.
LeilaJey Congrats on weighing-in in the 150s a couple days and getting further than you ever thought you could! Keep up the good work! Hopefully I'll be seeing you in the 150s thread after I weigh in on sunday.
Kelli- That stinks that you are gaining weight but doing all the right things. Have you tried lowering the calories you are eating to maybe 1300 or 1400? Sometime just changing your calories can help a lot. Hope you see a big weight loss soon!
I'm looking forward to weighing in this sunday. I have been doing really good eating wise and exercising a lot. I think I have a little case of strep throat going on- but I'm not going to get off track!
So I'm at 162.4 this morning, and I truly feel that once I get to the 150's I'll either faint, or cry, or both. I don't know, I haven't seen such a low number in so long, I can't believe I've come this far, and I'm so proud of everyone here~!!
