Fudge!! I've seriously been at the same weight for well over a month now. I just can't seem to make things budge. I do well for a few days but I have a bad meal here or there and end up "evening" out. At least I am not gaining but this is the roughest patch I've had since I started my journey. Need to get the wheels turning..

Know exactly what you mean!! I've been there for months. I'm finding this board to help A LOT! I keep reading "Goal" posts and reading all the awesome and supportive comments to and from everyone. Very inspiring! We can do it! The first solid week or two without cheating is by far the hardest. We just gotta get over that hump
but i weighed in at 165.6 today which means, i finally met my first mini-goal & i have officially lost 10lbs!! hopefully i can get to the 150s by the end of this month!
I weighed in at 166.2lbs this morning! I love that big post-TOM whoosh.

Everyone stuck in plateaus, what have you tried to get out of them? I usually hear that eating at maintenance for a day or two/a week can help kick-start you again.
Bopbot, because I didn't do so good Friday night (two slices of frozen pizza, some cheetos, few cookies.. yeah..gotta be careful on "girls night") and TOM, and being sore because I finally started working out again, I'm not sure I'm in a plateau.. Then again, I remember the last time I was around this weight it was really hard to break into the 160s, and I've heard people have like a "set point" weight, and I'm pretty sure mine is around 170. I broke past it before so I know I can. I think I just need to stick with it. Especially considering I'm just now back to exercising and eating healthy, and isn't a plateau more when your body gets used to what you've been doing? Any opinions or thoughts are welcome and appreciated
hey ladies! weighed in last wednesday at 171.0, for a loss of .3 lbs...urgh!! lol next weigh-in is this wednesday so I'm hoping for a larger loss. however, I had a girls night and did some (ok, a lot!) of drinking this past weekend. Soooo i'll just hope for a maintain, then lol. Been calorie counting for nearly a month and am so happy that I have stuck with it so far! Eventually, the weight will come off and for good :-) stay positive ladies!
