249.4 this morning. Didn't expect to lose any weight this week, as my mom is here visiting and we're doing rather more eating out than usual. Even eating carefully, there's a lot of sodium in restaurant food.
I'm pretty careful with food, still working out every day, and have not *gained* from the festivities. Yay!
Keep up the good work calluna and make sure to drink plenty of water to help flush that extra sodium.
Ok, SmallSteps, we're back in the same decade as I have been in the 240s this entire month. I officially weighed in at 242.0 yesterday & this morning was at 241.6. I have been struggling so I need you my friend to to get me in gear.
246.0 this morning while im on TOM. I guess its because I was on a pill this month for something so I was probably bloated and now that I'm not taking it anymore the bloats coming off with the TOM. Thats all I can figure. I'm not complaining that I've lost weight on TOM! Hopefully in 3 weeks I will be 240 and then a few days after that into the 230s! I haven't been there in my adult life!
So frustrated! I just wanna break 244 but keep poping back up to 246... 244 is my 5% goal. I have been sooo good about counting my points on WW. Grrrr. I am considering those body by vi shakes everyone around me seems to be losing with, but my instinct tells me it's just like slim fast etc and to not get sucked into it.
