I'd like to jump on the bandwagon that is this thread! I'm at 248.6 today and looking to move my way down through the 240s and get into the 230s! Getting out of the 250s proved to be somewhat of a challenge, so I'll breathe a little easier once I get closer to 244.

Beautifulone: I will jump on the bandwagon with you, I just hit 248.6 as well and never want to go back to the 250's again! 244 will be my 10% loss since starting weight loss so I will breath easier then too

Found out Wednesday that I'm at 246 even. Given that I'm averaging about 1.25 pound loss per week, I'm hoping I can be out of the 240's in a month from now.

Went to dinner and a movie and now I have remorse... Popcorn... Lemonade...nachos.... Ribs... Potato salad... Mac n cheese with bacon corn bread with butter... Ice cream cone! Ugh...

I did good all week so I hope this does not set me back much.

So ladies I am back in the 250s. Time to get back down again. I very much want to reach down to 240 and the 230s.

Let's keep this thread going while we're moving our way onto the 230s!

249.4! So nice to see that "4" this morning!

I've been losing fairly slowly, but I have been losing. I'm hoping to see the end of the 240s soon. (Working at not putting a timeframe on things, because I can't control the end result - only the variables.)

I weighed in at 243.75 tonight! I'm over halfway now! I haven't reached the 230's in over 12 years, so this is pretty exciting.
