I'm proud of myself today Ive been eating real good for a pretty long while now saying no to all junk food and working out alot more today I did a HIIT workout some weights then I went walking almost 3 miles but I had to come home cuz its too hot out there wasnt feeling good ... And tonight when it cools down I'm gonna do 3 or 4 miles to make up for it the scale had been kinda going up this morning it said 247 then later it said 248 then after my walk and shower it said 250 >.< do yeah kinda sucks not seeing it on the scale but I know it's muscle and probably water weight so I'm still happy just gonna keep up what I'm doing after I build my muscle again it should start dropping a lot faster than even before I would think hanging in there hope you all are doing well also keep it up everybody we will get there

Btw just a tip for any walkers or runners on here I just got the Skechers go run shoes and omggg what a difference it makes for my walks I had nikes before and would get such bad blisters all over my feet and they would just kill them even after a few miles these Skechers I have gone farther and longer than ever before and no foot pain I love them so much just recommending them if anyone is looking for a good walking running shoe hope that helps some one I was miserable for a long time with the other ones id have to take days for breaks after one walk just to heal my feet and cuz I dreaded the next one after that now it is a lot more fun

Going2be, it's working for you! Woohoo!!

I've Ben much more mindful of what I've eaten so far this week. Scale is still messing with me. 247 then 244. Goal is to be 239 or lower by Oct. 1. I know I can do it!

Hey 2times I know how that is scale is messing with me too weighed myself tonight and it said 250.5 like wthhh gettin kinda mad... That's my goal too keep it up I know we can do it too woot

I got on the scale this morning and it said 239.2 and I almost passed out. I will not update my signature or ticker until weigh-in on Monday I'm super hoping for an even lower number.

Congrats to Ella and Meka!

I hate the automatic wording, and capitalization on the i-pad. I DO know how to spell usually. The thing makes me look terrible! "Ben" instead of "been"...

Going2be, how did the scale look this morning? Always better in the morning for me! I'll check on those shoes you mentioned. Thanks.

Salad luncheon at a local church today. Sounds healthy, but we all know better. So many yummy, calorie-infested choices, and bars and cookies too!

Have any of you tried taking in your own clothes as they get too big? I'm not a seamstress! Wondered where I could start on jeans. I'm not interested in taking the seams out and putting in a ton of effort. Should I sew the sides, the insides, the butt??? If I sew down the outside legs, it looks like the pockets will get tangled up in the new seam. hmmmm....

Yay wow congrats meka and Ella that's awesome cant wait to join you guys in the next thread woot so happy for u must feel great

This morning the scale said 246.5 that thing is going nuts but oh well still keeping it up we will get outta here soon! Hope ya like the shoes 2times, far as the pants and clothes go I would just toss your old ones and hit some thrift stores you can get some good cheap clothes at those that will get you by as you drop the weight also can find some cute smaller clothes for motivation for cheap hehe starting the shopaholic stage early, but if ya wanna fix em I'm not really sure either I wouldn't know how to myself lol good luck

I'm on my iPhone too so I know my posts are kinda messy too lol don't worry about it... Oh u can turn that off in settings too somewhere also if it bothers u really bad

worked out hard today I keep breaking my record for the mile and 5k everyday :O which is awesome I didn't eat much either been doing really good with my eating the scale says 246.5 today man I wish it would start dropping but I'm not that disappointed because I can totally notice I'm losing fat still my stomach and legs and arms are shrinking a lot so I know I'm just replacing fat with muscle which is great just wish I could move onto the next thread it makes ya feel good when you graduate to the next one

Oh also I think it's some water weight I need to get rid of need to stop eating salt I don't eat too much but yeah the stuff I have is kinda salty sometimes. Think I'm kinda sensitive to it. Well I dunno guess I heard when you build muscle they tend to hold on to water so I guess I'll just keep on doing what I'm doing I know it's working good luck everybody hope your all doing good today and on plan!

Hey Misti haha keep up the good work you will be here soon!

Going2b: Congrats on weightloss and on all that hard work your doing, that's amazing! Sorry about the breakup but it's his loss. Use it to your advantage and do a little weightloss revenge. You can do it I've learned that weightloss & health plan has to be all about me-for me.
