I just can't get out of the 240s! So close! Is my body trying to fight against me?

Yesterday was a GREAT OP day. Best I've had in a while. I went riding last night, it had been two weeks due to the ear infection from ****, but it was a great ride and I picked right back off from where I had been. My trainer was really impressed and I was really happy with myself too.

246.6, finally seeing some new lower numbers, YAY!

Daimere - Thats a tough feeling, hope the scale moves for you SOON.

June - TOM weight screws with my head, I think its smart not to step on the scale. And selfishly, I'm glad your TOM gives me time try and catch up before you're off to the 230s without me! (totally, jk) And ONEderland by our birthday? Wow, that seems incredible. I'm not sure I can even get my head wrapped around that. I haven't been in ONEderland since my Jr yr of high school. :/

I feel your pain Daimere! Keep on moving and that scale will surely budge!

Sarah - haha you crack me up I haven't seen ONEDERLAND in quite some time and it will be perhaps the most exciting part of this journey...can't wait!

TOM is really messing with me still. I have worked out and stayed OP (although I would have given anything for just one brownie the past few days!) and I feel F.A.T. I just feel sluggish and have no energy. I will weigh tomorrow but feel like perhaps I'm back in the 50's (I know, totally irrational!)

Smallsteps - ugh. That is so frustrating! I hate that! Hang in there and keep working. That scale will reflect all of your hard work eventually...promise!

I weighed in this morning at 241...which is better than the 250's like how I feel. I'm starting to have a little more energy which is promising. I head to my home town this weekend which is always challenging. Traveling = eating for me. Not good. It's also an emotional place to go back to for some reason...which makes me want to eat even more. I'm trying to keep a positive attitude about having to travel there twice this month but I'm just grumpy about it. June will be a difficult month but I'm so thankful I have my 3FC friends to keep me centered I hope you all have a wonderful weekend...I'll "see" ya on Monday!

Hope your weekend was great! I made it back home safe and sound. I managed to lose a pound this week which is a great success for me with being out of town. I wasn't perfect but was thoughtful of everything I ate which is a great improvement from the past. Hope you have a wonderful day!

Traveling is always tough for too, June. So glad to hear you made great progress even while out!! Thats huge.

I need to shake up my workout. Not sure what to do, but I'm sure I need to do SOMETHING new... thoughts? Suggestions?

Thanks Sarah! I hear ya about needing to shake things up. I've been getting bored with both my food and workout. I got some neat little snacks at Trader Joe's that have made my plan more exciting (it's amazing how yogurt is what makes me super excited these days haha). I also just downloaded some new upbeat songs for my workout which has helped too. I just walk/run so I have been trying to sneak a little walk in during lunch to increase my minutes without adding it when I get home from work and am tired. When I break it into chunks throughout the day it helps me from dreading that long workout when I get home. Not sure if either of those ideas will help...but just a few things that have seemed to help me lately

Well, I am now on the brink of the 30's. I'm around 239-240 at this point. I will wait until next Monday to change the ticker but it might just happen this week.

Smallsteps - how are you doing? Hanging in there? Hope you are doing well friend!

June - 238-239, you're kickin butt!

I added in some strength training and now I'm SO SORE! Yikes. Hopefully this will help nudge that scale.

You are so good Sarah! I have yet to incorporate strength training...it scares me for some reason.

Still holding at 238... Have a great weekend!

I saw 243 a few times last week. but am up to 245 again this week. that's pretty good considering the last few weeks of health scares for my mom. but i've inherited her dog indefinitely so that's keeping me active. come back 243! *chases down 242 while im at it*
