Sarah - how are you feeling? Hopefully healthy and strong!

Smallsteps - you hanging in there? Sending lots of and postive thoughts

I'm doing pretty well still at 240-241 this morning. I'll change the ticker on Monday if I'm still here. I have lots of company coming this weekend...all of which love to go out to the local pubs. Have I mentioned my favorite thing in life is a great pub burger, garlic fries and a nice rich heavy beer? This will be a good lesson that I can still go out and have fun without all of that crap. I'll check in on Tuesday to let you know how successful I was Have a great holiday weekend everyone!

June - I am feeling SO much better. Ready to get back to exercising. Its been two weeks since I've gone riding and my ellipitcal here has dust. I'm working on a new playlist tonight for my iphone to celebrate getting back in the groove! Hoping I can pop over to the farmers market in the AM to pick up some produce. Your weekend sounds fun!!! Pub grab is a soft spot to me too. But remember, looking hot in a pub with the side salad is WAAAY better than chubby with the burger. You're almost in the 230s! I better play catch up HARD

Smallsteps - THANKS so much! For some reason that feels so official now that you say it I appreciate it I'm so glad to hear that you are feeling well enough to start exercising this weekend! I've been bad at working out on the weekends lately. I'll vow to walk at least once if you walk at least once

Sarah- I guarantee I will be thinking of your words while in the pub eating the salad NO WAY will I be looking chubby with a burger! Oh, and by the way I was looking at your blog and notice that we are almost exactly the same age. I'll be turning 29 Sept 19th. When's your birthday (I literally could not do the math from your ticker haha)?

Uuuuummmmm, I definitely have some catching up to do!!! Holy moly small steps you are rockin it! I did a little over 2 miles today on the treadmill. Even though I felt a bit rude with company I felt proud after I was finished. Thanks for the push my friend!

I'm still at 241 this morning which I'm very happy about with company this weekend. I was able to get over 5 miles on the treadmill in this weekend (thanks smallsteps ) Have a wonderful OP week everyone!

June/SmallStep - You girls are rockin' it!!! Alright, alright, time to get OFF MY BUTT! I haven't been riding since the start of my ear infection. After reading both of your great progress over the holiday weekend I've scheduled a ride for tomorrow.

June - My birthday is 9/29. So we are just 10 days apart. How FUN!! I've got a birthday buddy.

Well we are very close in age Sarah! Only 10 days apart...this year for our birthday I see us approaching ONEDERLAND together. We should be very close at that point! How exciting to think about!

How are you doing smallsteps? Still kicking my butt with the walking?

TOM is messing with me so I chose not to weigh this morning. I felt icky yesterday but was still able to get my hour of moving in and stayed OP foodwise. I'm happy with that and will be back to feeling 100% here in a few days. Have a great day everyone!
