well I had a couple days of feeling sorry for myself cuz of the breakup and slipped up a little bit as in didn't workout and ate a little bit of bad food but didn't really over eat luckily the scale still said 245.5 today hoping it's not muscle loss though. But I think that's about enough of that back on track today. Oh well my feet and knee needed a little rest neways.

Hey Vickie good luck to you as well I am hoping I am in the 230s by oct as well this is taking longer than i suspected :O

Hey Going. It could be a LOT of things tbh. Could be sodium in the food, could be too much Natural sugar, could be that your vitamins if you take any need to be fixed. You need to see a doctor that will HELP and not just a PCP. Try getting in with an endocrinologist. Usually metformin and BCP are what are prescribed for PCOS (assuming you have insulin resistance as well). As far as "Clearing up" PCOS. PCOS is incurable, it's only manageable. Symptoms etc may disappear with a healthy weight etc but we will never be without the condition :\ It will always be there underlying. I gain like crazy for no reason. I know I ate WAAAAAYYYY more than I should have these last 2 days at the beach I'm hoping most of my 6lb gain is water *crosses her fingers* I know I didn't eat 20,000 cals over my expenditure but with PCOS unfort that doesnt matter. I sometimes gain weight just thinking about a sweet or a carb.

As far as me, we got back from the beach yesterday. I did end up giving myself two free days but I didn't go WAAAYYY overboard yest like I did on wed. Yesterday I stayed pretty healthy compared to wed. Wed I stress ate 3 candy bars and a whole bag of squeeky cheese on top of my greasy fattening breakfast that made me sick and the buffet dinner we had where I mainly ate mac n cheese YIKES! it was soo good though and I normally don't eat cheese. A few wins for the 2 days though is that I didn't go get my fudge and I only drank water. Not as much as I should have but it was water anyway. I became the DD so my BF could drink, something he usually can't do because he is the only one with a license. I have a permit, he only had one drink so he was alert enough to help me if I needed it but neither of us felt he needed to be the main driver after his long island iced tea. Today it's back on track. I've had my protein smoothie this morning and a small 3/4 oz snack of smoked cheese ( OMG we got this sampler pack of 6 diff cheeses at the tillamook factory and it had smoked cheddar my downfall YUUMMMM). Trying to decide what I want for lunch, I want to keep it fairly low sodium and WAAYYY low cal today so I can flush this excess water/weight out of my system.

Going2 -I just got a look at those muffins they look AMAZING. I might have to give them a whirl.

At the moment I am resisting going and getting chocolate. I was out practicing driving today and I backed into a lady >.< Not hard, everyone is ok, she has a dent and no damage to our car but I feel like **** about it. Ugh. OP so far. My boyfriend was going to go get me chocolate and I knuckled down and said no so I guess that is a good thing (thought I think part of his "concern" was because he wanted to go get soda LOL, he didn't seem to be too concerned about me backing in to someone). Odd thing is that even though I am THINKING about chocolate its more of a meh I dont need it thing rather than a II NEEDDD IT NOOOWWW. Maybe that is a good sign?

I'm at 248 today still been really down and haven't been doing my exercise also I got drunk so had all those calories from my drinks then after went to mcdonalds... haha had some sandwich don't remember what its called and the dollar fries ate some more crap when I got home forget even what some rice stuff cuz I didn't really eat all day some crackers and cheese.

Then yesterday I had crackers and cheese again I haven't been doing too bad really I think the drinks mcdonalds and crackers and cheese is what made me gain. I'm hoping some is water weight but I can tell I look fatter too so that sucks.

Today I ate good just some broccoli and teryaki chicken I'm just going to have dinner later and maybe make some apple sauce if I get hungry after that feel horrible the scale says 248 again gonna start exercising and getting back on track from now on though for sure hopefully I can salvage this weight gain fast and get back where I was need to get out of the 230s by halloween so really have to get my butt back in gear.

Hope u like those cupcakes sms I still have yet to try them maybe tomorrow lol they do look delicious. I gain so easy too it sucks. Thanks for the info lets get back on track before we gain back anymore we need to lose.

2b - I havent tried them either, plan on doing it after the BF gets paid on friday just doing what I have n the house for now. The guy has some other things on his videos that I want to try too but look like they are big on cals :\

Been on plan today just waiting for tomorrow. Slight headache and SOOOO tired today Blarg. think Ima try a little yoga or something then bed. Might just do bed HAHAHAH hugs ev1 Stay on plan you can do it!

I WAS doing good. Then a 4 day motorcycle vacation to Lake Superior led to lots of eating out and too many treats! For 6 months I have met the 10 pound goal for each month. It's not gonna happen this month. I'm angry at myself! I'll be here in this forum for a while!

Supper was a taco salad. Made the meat part with 1/2 turkey and 1/2 beef.

I'm here! Still! Welcome Misti! Wonder if everyone graduated out of here?!

Today was my 1st day of no job. I painted 2 garage doors and our front door. Tomorrow I have plans of going to a big produce auction and then babysitting for our grandson for a couple hours. I NEED to keep busy or I will eat! (And not stop) I know ME!

I ate a big breakfast today. Not too much this evening, but snacked on grapes and ate some sweet cereal mix stuff.

Misti, what type of plan are you on, or are you on your own, just watching what you eat?

Hi 2times2much. Thanks for the welcome. Glad you are keeping busy and avoiding eating!!

I am not on any diet; just eating healthfully. Very little meat, avoiding processed food for the most part, lots of fresh fruit and veggies, etc. Doing a lot of swimming and water workouts.

What about you?

I have cut out most bread and cereals. I eat eggs for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a reasonable supper. Usually! My goal is to lose 10 pounds a month. I have been able to do that until last month. I'm late, but making progress!

I bought a bunch of squash today. Tonight I made butternut in the microwave, and added some butter with Splenda and cinnamon. It was pretty yummy! I also bought a PALLET of pumpkins! I shared with my friend, gave some away, and still have a dozen left! . Our yard looks very well decorated for Fall!

Congrats on your weight loss. I could not help but notice how similar our stats are!!

Your yard sounds very nice! And oh YUM on the butternut squash. I love that stuff and have not had it lately. I'll have to do something about that! I like it with fresh pico de gallo!!

And if everyone else has graduated out of here, I guess we will just have to work REALLY hard and join them, ha.

I had a really tough time lately guys I was even up into the 250s a few days ago and I felt horrible the scale said 249.5 today so I'm back and I guess I'm starting from there now hope I still get to 230 by Halloween
