Thanks ginger i will still lose cuz I'm doing it for me I haven't been able to get outta bed though today the exercise part worries me I don't wanna lose my muscle I built again guess I just have to force myself to do it though

Walked 5 miles tonight stayed on track with my eating scale said 245.5 tonight hope it don't go back up again

Hang in there Going2be! Sorry to hear of the rough times. Good advice HealthyGinger!

Weight hasn't come off very easily for me this month. I know I have slipped up. I really like that I have gotten some nice compliments. Weird, but I think subconsciously I must be slowing down my motivation, as if I'm done. I'm not done! Not even close!

Well..I guess I belong here for now LMAO. This thread just wont let me go. I have bounced in and out of this decade up and down a few times. My lowest was 237 then I stopped counting /moved, etc and bounced back up to 26 (mostly waterweight) Lost all that to 243, managed to lose to get back to 238 and started binging again. Then went bk up to 253, Hoped it was all water weight again, but it looks like it isn't Sigh, so here I am again. Hello 240's ladies.

Edit: BTW, I REFUSE to change my ticker because I don't plan on being here long LMAO. My doc has me on a VLCD anyway because I have a significant amount to lose and my metabolism is low :\ Oddly enough if I even try to hit above 1000 most days I can't I get too full unless its all junk food and fast food. Then my IR kicks in and my body goes haywire.

244.5 this morning thanks 2times I know how you feel kinda like feeling like I'm done I've been staying on track but I feel that sometimes as well fighting it. I think it's because I don't even remember being smaller than I am now so feel like its impossible or something I'm trying just to do what I'm doing though and not think too much cuz that can really mess with ya.

Hey Ya'll. I had a good day. Ate more than I wanted to but I am still under cals by 80. Not bad, I'm just worried that I will get hungry later :\ Don't get me wrong I can totally snack on veggies and things and stay under my allotted cals but I have been doing a VLCD this past week to jump start (medically supervised, totally healthy) I'm allowed to go up to 1250 but it is recommended I stay between the 700 and 900 range for a lil longer specially since I know I will be over 1250 wed and thurs while we are at the beach. Le sigh. Had some sushi and ate more than I realized I did :\ so not feeling good about that but I AM glad I skipped the brownie which looked AMAZING and all the other chocolate products too! I stopped eating when I was satisfied instead of eating more like I usually would because it is so good. OOT OOT! oh and I took a bath last night and realized something , When I lived in these apartments before (2008-2009) I could barely fit in the tub, like I could but there was very little to no room left and now there is a good 3-6 inches on other side of me Yes, I have gained a lil from my lowest but not too bad I've managed to stay within a 10 lb range for the last year which to me looks like maintaining so I feel a little better about will I be able to maintain later? I used to be FREAKED out. I am actually right now the EXACT same weight that I was last year at this time, My lowest was 10 lbs lighter back in april so not tooo bad. Sorry, just had a lot to say HEHE Keep up the good work everyone and have funnn becoming skinnier sexier versions of your already beautiful and amazing selves!

I've been doing good so far still except I kind of had one little slip up today which isn't too bad though but I'm kind of disappointed in myself I had one taco john taco for dinner which I ate really good the rest of the day and not much and there was 2 there for me and I only had one so I'm relieved about that at least but I'm just dissapointed because I have been doing really good saying no to all the temptation around me and not even tasting it ... the past 3 damn days in a row everyone around me has been eating chinese food and I haven't even taken a taste.

Oh well though not gonna let it get me down and I'm going to go do a 3 or 4 mile walk right now to make up for it I don't want nothing to make me gain at all and I have pcos also so its really easy and fast for me to gain and hard to lose. I think I'll be alright though. Scale has been around 245.5 and 244.5 hope it's not higher tomorrow from my slip up but it goes up and down like crazy neways so whatever just sticking to what I'm doing I did a HIIT workout today and my weights and situps neways should be good. may do another HIIT workout also when I get back from walking if I'm not too tired.

I already feel a stomach ache kind of starting as well from that taco fast food is really crappy I'll have to remember that next time I feel the urge to have some always feel like crap after.

congrats smsdreamer i know that feeling I miss our old bathtub so much I liked judging how much smaller I was getting in it lol and miss my baths in general love them

I'm going to agree with this 100% I make my own tacos at home. I think fast food tacos are kinda icky and prefer ground turkey over beef. Sorry but I will probably make them for dinner tomorrow.

Lol yeah I am kinda wouldn't feel bad about a taco really if it wasn't a fast food one ones made yourself are a lot healthier and yeah it wasn't even good was more mad I let myself eat the fast food cuz I've been doing so good lately

I missed my walk earlier neways so still had to do it I went for only 1 mile and hadda come back was too depressed cuz of the breakup it's getting harder to workout cuz of it

Did 3 miles now so 4 for the day

I DEFO understand where you are coming from going2. I have PCOS to and have had it for years. I was diagnosed when I was 17. Don't be TOO hard on yourself though, the good thing for us is tacos arent too bad because of the protein combined with carbs is OK. the killer with that taco is the sodium not the cals from ONE taco. My advice is to drink more water and don't be so hard on yourself!

For some reason I am retaining water BAD I can feel it and I have no clue why. I'm drinking WAY more than enough water and my sodium is under 2k MG odd....We will see what the scale says tomorrow I was up by 1.1 Lb today and I am not sure why.

On the plus side, I DID manage to RESIST choco cupcakes and pizza today ( A complete first for me, especially the pizza!)

congrats on resisting the temptation sms i had to resist pizza last night as well so good for us lol.

i found a recipe on youtube for chocolate cupcakes made with protein powder that look really healthy and probably good i have been wanting to try them, maybe u wanna try them too if you need a treat here's the link..

I've had pcos since my teens as well it really sucks. I've never really been diagnosed though I recently went to the doctor and told my doctor that I had it and she could tell as well but she did no tests and gave me no treatment like she didn't even treat it as anything... so I dunno why she did absolutely nothing for it I figured I'd get some birth control pills or something but nothing, I've just been trying to lose the weight now and see how that helps it since I know that's a big contributing factor. Also may try some juicing later heard some people cleared theirs up that way.

I still need to do my 3 mile walk today and its already really late I ate some popcorn tonight too and kind of a greasy lunch but it was only veggies and meat but I'm hoping I won't have a big gain or anything. I haven't felt like working out today because I'm not doing so good right now mood wise hope it passes soon

scale says 247.5 today wth is going on why does it keep going up when I've been barely eating and eating barely any carbs and no sugar and excersising alot everyday would it still be muscle even though I haven't worked out today? oh well ill keep it up just frustrating
