Hi everyone!!! I started my weight loss journey back in January. I fell off the wagon in April, and am finally jumping back on. I signed up for a biggest loser challenge at work and I am also starting the couch to 5k plan. Wish me luck, lol

I'm at 246.2 today. This has been a tough year. I was 10 lbs away from my highest weight recently. Just to see the scale go down again is a relief.
I hope to be out of the 240's soon.

Me too! I want out. I'm starting my journey and I can't wait to leave the 240s behind. Today I start out at 245. I want to start running again to see if that will help. My body however has forgotten that we used to be athletic I think it's gonna take a lot of convincing!!

I rebooted my healthier lifestyle when my weight crept back up to 267 back in March. I've worked my way down to 248 as of this week after being at stuck in the 250's for a while, and I'm anxious to get down to the all-time-low I reached last year of 243. That's only five pounds away. Anything below that will be my lowest in about 12 years!

I'm so, so excited to be back in the 240's again. The 250's have always been a major mental block for me so I'm thankful that I'm still going the right direction. So glad to be joining you ladies; we can work through this together!

Don't know if my weight's changed since I only weigh in on Wednesdays, but I'm in a pair of size 20 jeans for the first time in 12 years! And even if it's vanity sizing it's ok, as it's the first pair I can ever remember wearing that fits me properly. I'm an apple so most are too small in the waist and too big everywhere else. I'm excited, because I know from past experience that I'm nearing the weight range that has a lot of positive changes coming up for my body.
