Smallsteps - I've been reading that you have been going through a tough time lately. You can do it! When I've been off routine for awhile I beat myself up. Think irrational thoughts like "this is it...I'm probably already back to the 290's." Sometimes it helps to snap me out of it to tell myself to just get on the treadmill for 30 minutes. It doesn't matter how intense I walk. I can just stand on it for 30 minutes if I want. That usually gets me started at least (and I usually turn up the intensity/time once I start moving). It's just that initial bump that sometimes stands in my way. You have been so inspiring to me personally and I know that if anyone can keep on keepin on...it's YOU

How's everyone doing? My weekend was fairly good...I'm always a bit off routine which is hard but did manage to stay away from all deepfried goodies at the brewfest (oh yes, they even had deepfried asparagus which has GOT to be healthy, right?). I maintained at 244 over the weekend which I was happy about...here's to a wonderful week everyone!
