Oh you certainly are catching up smallsteps! Guess what I weigh this morning? 246 I wrote my dear friend 246 a farewell note this morning though so he should leave soon. I just know it

Luceia & Sarah - how are you feeling? Hope you are both feeling better! I've been thinking of you lots.

Daimere - Woohoo! What a week! Congrats! You are now approaching the 230's...hopefully we'll be right behind you!

Have a great day everyone!

The 240s and now 230s have been the longest stretch in terms of losing. It seems to have slowed down and I bounced up and down for months in this range. I am closer to the goal than from the start, but it is smaller inrements now.

I'm 248.4 today. I was in the 250's again. I don't want to see those numbers again. Summer is coming I need to start losing more weight.
Good Luck, Everyone!

Sarah! SO good to hear from you this morning! I'm glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better! Take good care of yourself!

I'm headed to a brew festival this weekend so wish me luck . My husband and I are meeting up with my parents so that will be kind of fun since they haven't seen me in awhile. I hope they notice all of my hard work I'm hoping that there are some veggie options at the festival but I'm def going armed with granola bars. I didn't finally get rid of that clingy 246 to just welcome him back this weekend...so I'm going to be STRONG! Avoid all oooey gooey deep-fried goodies this weekend junebug...you can do it

Have a great weekend everyone!

Welcome dandk! Glad to see you here!

Luceia - I hope you're hanging in there with whatever you are going through. I'm still thinking of you and miss you around here

Smallsteps - I've been reading that you have been going through a tough time lately. You can do it! When I've been off routine for awhile I beat myself up. Think irrational thoughts like "this is it...I'm probably already back to the 290's." Sometimes it helps to snap me out of it to tell myself to just get on the treadmill for 30 minutes. It doesn't matter how intense I walk. I can just stand on it for 30 minutes if I want. That usually gets me started at least (and I usually turn up the intensity/time once I start moving). It's just that initial bump that sometimes stands in my way. You have been so inspiring to me personally and I know that if anyone can keep on keepin on...it's YOU Hang in there...you've got a squad of cheerleaders here cheering you on

How's everyone doing? My weekend was fairly good...I'm always a bit off routine which is hard but did manage to stay away from all deepfried goodies at the brewfest (oh yes, they even had deepfried asparagus which has GOT to be healthy, right?). I maintained at 244 over the weekend which I was happy about...here's to a wonderful week everyone!

Welcome Ashley!

June - OMG!!!! 50lbs?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!! Yes!!! What is SUCH a HUGE, awesome, amazing accomplishment. Really. Wow.

Alright, I think I'm out of my sickness/crazy-busy funk. Had house guests for 4 days, some back to back birthdays and then that ear infection (which is FINALLY healed) and have JUST gotten over a cold. Sheesh! Its also TOM, so I'm holding of weighing in this Friday, so that gives me a week to stick on-plan and weigh in with a great number! Its actually really comforting to think of going back on-plan - which is a nice NSV in itself.

Sarah! So glad to see you! We've missed you around here. I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better too! It is so hard to go through something like that and get back on plan (at least for me). Way to go!

I'm between 240-241 this morning. I think maybe it's water weight or something so I'm going to wait to record this in terms of the ticker. Have a great day!
