L: chocolate shake with 1 C spinach. 1C raw veggies
D: salmon "meat loaf " ( ground Salmon, 1 egg white, grated zucchini - lightly glazed with WF maple syrup ), green salad with the last of today's veggies
We eat canned tuna all the time...it is great on a big salad for dinner!! Great when too busy or too hot to cook.
Book group is at MY house this month and we meet over a fairly healthy dinner...someone is bringing a salad with veggies she grew...someone else is doing a seasonal vegetable platter, another person is bringing fresh strawberries..and another is stopping at a local creamery for local ice cream.
(I'll skip those two......!) But for the entree tonight, I am making a garden vegetable frittatta with peppers, zuchinni, mushrooms and asparagus!
Have to say I love this thread-- great ideas from others! I am trying to transition from writing in the IP journal to using my Fitness Pal, but in a rush this is the best way to plan my day!!!
B: Coffee/IP vanilla drink "latte"
S: kale chips, sauteed zucchini noodles
L: Leftover Peruvian chicken ( recipe thread YUM), Lettuce
S: ( on the go!): celery & pepper sticks, Proti Diet wafer cookie
D: Roast, 1 cup rutabaga, lettuce
S: IP Dark choc pudding

P 1 - Day 6
B - Hot Chocolate
Sn - 1 c cucumbers
L - 4oz grilled chkn on salad with 2 c veg (1/2 daily oil)
Sn - Choc PB bar
D - 4oz tuna on another salad! with 1 c veg (1/2 daily oil)
Sn - Cappuccino (yum!)

B: Chocolate RTD blended with 1.5 c spinach, splenda, Via and ice
(makes enough that I sip on it half the morning)
L: Salad with 1 cup veggies (jicama, peppers, cucumbers) & HB egg
Dressing of 1 tsp grapeseed oil and white vinegar
IP jelly -- drank as hot drink
S: 1/2 Quest Chocolate Brownie Bar
D: 6 oz Baked Chicken Breast; 1 1/2 c sliced cauliflower baked with
olive oil spritzed on it and curry
S: other half of Quest bar
Good with vitamins and 4 16.9oz bottles of water (could probably use more!)
IP Day 8!
B - Pineapple-Banana drink, mixed with ice
S - 1/2 bag BBQ puffs or whatever they are
L - Grilled herb chicken and broccoli - so full!
D - Pudding and veggies, probably cucumbers and salad
S - Other 1/2 of the BBQ puffs.
B: Cappuccino & coffee
L: Cranberry crunch bar & 2 cups peppers, zucchini & jicima w/lettuce (I munch the veggies and lettuce throughout the afternoon)
D: Taco salad with zucchini, onion and tomato
S: Vanilla pudding
