Good morning! Yes, I’m still volunteering at the thrift shop. Will stop in there tomorrow to sign up for my October hours. Won’t be able to get many in because I’ve got several medical appointments. Two of them are the same week. 😁🍁😷📚

Good morning,
I am getting rooms cleaned, vinyl cutter and materials all put away, finishing up a few projects for the craft fair. I will be so glad to be all done and have the mess out of my house.
My road is closed for the next 2 days for culvert replacement, to go into town I would have to go 7 miles around the back way just to get to the highway, needless to say, I won't be going anywhere until Thursday.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Steps from yesterday: 11,566

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

September 26

Isaiah 43:5
'Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west.'

It didn't look like it was going to work out. Becky wanted to lose a few pounds before the dance. It wasn't any big deal, but that made it worse. She'd had almost six weeks, and in that time she hadn't lost any weight at all. She kept telling herself she had plenty of time, but time had slipped away. Now it was too late, and she felt terrible. Why had she been so stupid? Why hadn't she taken it more seriously? Not only did she feel bad because she was overweight, but she also felt guilty and hopeless. Somehow she had to learn to knuckle down and stick to what she needed to do. With God's help, maybe she could.

Today's thought: Today I lose weight; tomorrow's too late!

I spent most of the morning, pouring the white chess pieces into molds. I had to repour 4 of the black ones as they had air gaps. Tomorrow I will have to pour those in white and anything else that isn;t quite right. I went into the shop to clean up, picked up a piece of scrap and thought I could make a 5x7 frame out of it, so i made more work and it is in the clamps waiting for the glue to dry, I just keep making more work for myself, and I can't seem to stop.

I went out and mowed the dog yard, lawn and around my pollintor garden so that is 1 1/2 acres,

I had the leftover tofu stir fry for dinner. I will make it again.

My daughter is stopping up in the morning to have coffee with me, I love it when she does Furnace guy coming to do a cleaning and tune up. I try to hold off until December to run the furnace, I use my mini splits until then, much cheaper to run.

185 after several binging episodes and the decision to go back to my moderate eating plan. Was 186 yesterday, lost a pound following the plan one day.
  • Two scrambled eggs
  • Three cups of coffee with cream
  • Half a cup of rice with broccoli
  • Six ounces of grilled chicken on a salad
  • A banana mango smoothie
  • A handful of nuts
Put in for my vacation next week, can't come soon enough.

Several binging episodes this week.
Also, after an intense swimming session, my lower back hurts so bad I can't walk straight.
I need some rest today both for my stomach and muscle.
