Holy crap on a cracker! I got all of the items tagged and packed, garage swept up and neat, now I need to do the workshop but I am going to get groceries first, might mow this afternoon when I get back. Tossed stuff I never should have hung onto in the first place, felt good to see a neater space.
gotta figure out what the heck I am going to put on the round frame. I am torn between a bear and a mountain scene, just dunno

Good morning,
I am religiously logging my food, according to Fit bit I burn 2000+ calories a day every day so the 1500 allowance I have should be giving me at least a lb a week. I am getting in 1200-1400 on average. Honestly, I feel when I am 100% on track I should lose 5 lbs a week, but I know it does not work that way, I would just like it to. Losing 1-2 lbs a week is way better than not losing at all or gaining. I got my 5k steps in too.
got on the scale and down another half a lb

I am still so bad at formal regular exercising, I don't get on the bike or do any of the PT for my knee or the workout videos for old ladies, I do keep 5 lb weights on the end table and will do different lifting with them while I watch TV,

We have a chilly start in the low 40's, I love this weather. I got my lawn mowed; last night at 545 I just got off the couch and made myself do it.

I have a bunch of errands this morning so I will shower early and get them done. Most of my home projects on the list are not huge like the garage, but they take time, so I need to make myself a list and just start working on it.

Yangster-eating out can be tricky, I like to eat an apple and drink a big glass of water before I go. If a restaurant, I check out the menu online, write my choice on a post it and don't even look at the menu, being the first to order also helps so I am not tempted to say " Oh, I'll have what they are having."

Good Morning, Everyone!

Gone Astray Great job.

Steps from yesterday: 10,241

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

September 21

Psalm 91:3
Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

Bert woke up in a cold sweat. He had dreamed that he was lying on a beach, when suddenly the sand began to shift, and he felt himself being sucked downward. Try as he might, he couldn't twist or turn out of the trap. Every way he moved, the sand gave way. He realized that the only reason he was sinking was due to his weight. The more he fought, the deeper he sank. As the sand closed in over his head, he woke up. Quietly, he prayed that the Lord might rescue him from his prison of flesh. Immediately, he was filled with a spirit of sacrifice and commitment equal to the diet that lay before him.

Today's thought: Without a doubt, I'll win this bout!

Yangster, I hardly have the money to eat out, so I would enjoy my time out.

Gone astray, its frustrating I know. Sometimes a refeed gets your metabolism back up again. Great job on the clean out. I love your art ideas. Have you figured out how to tiny pic or photobucket your work to share?

Diana, hope your week has been good

LadyB hope your heart is doing better

Girl, I know you are killing those fitness goals

Nett, how is it going?

So I have had a mixed week.

I have been doing workouts at least 3x week. But the days I dont im just LAZY and exhausted. I worked out outside at work and even used a block of wood as a weight..

I'm eating outside my IF hours but when I do, I make up for it. For example, I ate last night at 11pm..so I decided to try not to eat until 11am today...and I thought it would be hard but I made it to 12:15 already and have been busy today and even put up laundry

good afternoon
Got in all my errands on my list and a few that weren't. Just got home and fed my dog his lunch. going to take a short break and change into workclothes,

I have to clean up my shop. Tools to be put away, other items to be stored where they belong, then i can sweep up all the sawdust. Then I will fire up the saws and make more, it is just like dishes, you get them clean, then someone uses one and it has to be cleaned again,

Good afternoon! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone this morning. Took the bus to a nearby community to power walk and run errands there. I cleaned out my locker at Old Navy today. Had lunch when I got home. Will go for another power walk and run errands in a few minutes. 😁📚😷🌞

I was surprised to know my cousin lost 20 lbs with Ozempic. He had type II diabetes.
He lost appetite for
greasy and fried foods which he loved.

Started the week Monday at 184, now at 182. And that's less than a week so...decent. I was down to 181 yesterday but I made the mistake of ordering salmon poke...when you fall down it's tough not to criticize yourself on the floor before you get back up. Salmon poke would actually be a healthy lunch/dinner if the portion was smaller really, the ingredients themselves are all pretty healthy it's just that they serve it with so much rice and I always end up eating the whole thing.

I think I'm taking my staycation off the first week of October so I'll be gloating in the October thread about how I don't have to go to work - jk. But seriously, want to see if I can use the time off to begin a quit smoking attempt (as well as continue trying desperately to lose weight).
